This is what you should expect when the owner asks you to reach out to the GM.

USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE. This dealership will lie and tell you what you want to hear in terms of the current condition of the used vehicle they are selling. It is normal for salesman to coax someone to purchase but committing CAR FRAUD is illegal and unetThey will tell you that all there Mercedes Benz are sent to All Star to be diagnosed, serviced and also go through a vehicle inspection. This was a blatant lie. And the deal would not have proceeded with the truth being told that the car was parked on that lot and sold from that lot without any mechanic looking over it. Within a 20 mile period I received a critical error for the engine coolant being low, and to anyone who does not know; this causes car engines to seize out and become ruined beyond repair.

I purchased my 2023 BMW X3 XDrive 30i (with the M-Sports Package) from Jackie Cooper BMW in February 2023. I actually ordered it in December 2022, selecting all the options and features I wanted, and I loved the experience! Earlier, I posted a review shortly after the purchase date complimenting Travis Snyder, my sales associate, and Chance Harn, the BMW Genius. I just want to update that review with additional kudos to Chance Harn, the Jackie Cooper BMW Genius, who has patiently helped me numerous times since then by taking all my calls, and answering all my "how-do-you-do-this" questions. I love the BMW technology, often compared to driving a laptop, and I refuse to not learn how to operate it, and thanks to Chance Harn, I will get there! Chance, I will likely talk to you again, soon. :) Thanks!

They made sure to keep me in the loop, explain to me exactly what was going on, and walk me through their process before moving forward with anything. It was nice to know what I was getting into before committing and knowing that my car was being well taken care of. My vehicle is running strong and smooth and I am so grateful for their service. Thank you so much! I'll make sure to come here from here on out.

I've taken some time before writing this review to reflect on my experience and be as fair as…read morepossible. A few weeks ago, I reached out to Metric Motors for a quote on replacing the CV axle on my Volvo. The dealership had quoted me $2,800, and a second shop quoted $1,100. MM gave me an estimate of approximately $900. I fully understand that without seeing the vehicle, final costs can change, but that wasn't the issue here. MM told me they couldn't get my car in until the following Friday, which was later than the other shops, but to save a few hundred dollars, my wife and I rearranged our schedules and carpooled that week. We had a trip planned for the weekend, so the timing mattered. We dropped the car off right when MM opened. Later that morning, we received a call raising concerns about a possible severe oil leak. That alarmed us, especially since we had just had an oil change the week prior. We were also told that the technician didn't see any grease indicating a CV axle issue. I expected a follow-up call with more detail. When the representative called back, I asked about the oil situation. He said the leak didn't appear to be significant after all, but if I wanted to get a more complete diagnosis, I'd need to bring the car back another time. That was frustrating, especially since it contradicted the earlier statement that it might be a serious issue, and it implied another visit and additional cost. During that same call, I was told they hadn't yet driven the car. Once they finally did, the technician confirmed the car was shaking, just as I had originally described. That's when I was informed the cost of the CV axle repair would now be $1,600. I asked why the price had nearly doubled, and the representative told me the original quote had assumed aftermarket parts, while this new quote was for original parts. This wasn't disclosed at the beginning, and I wasn't given options to choose between OEM and aftermarket parts, as other shops have done. It felt misleading. When I voiced my concern, I was met with indifference and told I could just come pick up the car if I didn't like the price, no apology or acknowledgment of their communication breakdown. We needed the car that weekend, so I reluctantly agreed to move forward. When we picked up the car, my wife asked about the price increase. The same gentleman told her she "should've talked to [her] husband before coming in," which was not only dismissive but highly disrespectful. I was shocked by the condescending tone, and it only reinforced my frustration. Years ago, I had positive experiences with Metric Motors. At that time, their professionalism and work quality were excellent. However, it's been about five years since I last visited, and based on this encounter, it's clear things have changed, perhaps due to new ownership or management, as I've seen mentioned in other reviews. Unfortunately, this visit left me deeply disappointed. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct, especially toward my wife, ensured I will not return.

I had an amazing car buying experience here, all thanks to JT…read more The last thing I want to do is go to a dealer to buy a used car, but this felt like a breeze compared to that. I saw a car online that caught my interest. The price was very reasonable, much lower than similar vehicles on Carvana or CarMax and below Blue Book value. Best yet, I wouldn't have to pay or wait for shipping. I sent a message and within an hour, the car was ready for a test drive. Less than an hour after that, we were finishing paperwork for the car purchase! There was no haggling or pressure. They even shopped around to get me the best interest rate, which was better than what my credit card company or credit union could offer. To top it all off, there weren't a bunch of undisclosed hidden fees. I only had to pay a small processing charge, which was fully disclosed from the start. I may never buy a car through a dealer, but I can highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Just ask for JT and he'll get you hooked up! Thank you.

Mr. Johnson agreed to complete the report and upload it to the IRS. Upon doing so, we were able to get our $4k tax credit. It was a frustrating situation that did finally work out after we invested a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I am grateful the IRS recognized the need to reopen submissions. Apparently a LOT of buyers had similar issues, not just us and not just at this dealership. And I appreciate that Enterprise made it right once they got the chance for a do-over. I understand that businesses are resistant to accepting blame for situations like this, but to not even try to make things right was not best practice. While I'm grateful it all worked out in the end - and I do love my car - I don't think we'll look here again next time we're in need of a vehicle.

While the Genesis vehicle itself is excellent, my experience with Genesis of Edmond was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. After purchasing the vehicle: * I had to return to the dealership FOUR separate times to redo paperwork * My trade-in funds were repeatedly delayed despite being told they were coming for 5 months and were in access of $23,000 dollars * I received calls from Geneis of Edmond mananement and Genesis Finance dept. claiming I had late payments -- without ever being given an account number, invoice, or payment instructions * I spent hours chasing answers with little follow-up or accountability Filed complaints to Genesis Customer Care, Oklahoma NEW CAR Commission, Seeked legal advise with no resolution. No buyer should have to guess where to send their car payment. No buyer should be told they are late on an account they were never properly set up on. Luxury vehicle. Very poor dealership experience. Oh man, what a (figurative and literal) ride... It's been approximately 3 months (and 7,000ish…read moremiles) since my last review. So, in terms of timeliness, there's a lot left to be desired. But as far as Kalidy KIA (KK) honoring what they had agreed to (when I first signed the contract), it has happened. It was like having my teeth pulled without local anesthesia, but credit where credit is due I guess. Hence, the review update. After exhausting every means of communication, I had ultimately given up on getting KK to fix the dents on my vehicle. But before giving up, I made sure to let everyone know that KK had done me wrong. Then at the end of August, I got inundated with phone calls from KK while I was out of town. Finally, I ended up speaking with a dude named Greg who got me the contact information for the dent repair dudes (that were different than the initial dent dudes; not sure what happened there). Mind you, this was several months after I had been ghosted and gaslighted (gaslit?) by KK's General Manager (GM). Later, one of the dent dudes told me that KK's GM was, and I quote, "... a good guy..." And maybe he is. But my experience was one where the GM (and others at KK) treated me as utterly contemptible. In fact, outside of Greg (and the service dude named Will), not a single person from KK treated me with respect or kindness. But this positive review is more for the last few weeks of above average service recovery, as opposed to the several months of atrocious service that came before that. A part of me wonders if the dent repair follow-through only happened because I submitted a complaint to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, but I'll give KK the benefit of the doubt that they decided to do the right thing, because they're supposedly "good guys." Summary: a [*] beginning + [*][*][*][*][*] ending = a [*][*][*] experience that I hope to never have again. 1. Did the dent repair guys (not you, X-Dent, you still suck) end up doing an amazing job? Yes. 2. Did KK ultimately fulfill what was agreed upon? Also yes. 3. Did KK handle all of this in a way that would make me want to become a repeat customer? Uhh... Probably not as long as anyone named "Richard" works there. Because what are the chances that two of the sketchiest people I've dealt with at KK, somehow both happened to be "D*cks"?

I called their service department 7 times to try and get Tyler to return my call. No dice. Then the department closed at 4 and no one called to let me know if the cat was even ready. The keys were not left at reception as they had said would be the case after four. Multiple phone calls ensued again to no avail. No one had a clue where my keys were. Finally, at 5:10 my keys were located. I will never, ever take my car here for service again. I had heard the horror stories but having experienced first hand I am externally disappointed in their communication and service. Stay away for your peace of mind.

I was financed, communicating directly with the salesperson, and prepared to move forward pending a Porsche pre-purchase inspection. The Porsche inspection materially changed the transaction. Porsche Oklahoma City documented major issues including A/C blowing hot with a leaking evaporator, coolant pump leakage, belt tensioner oil leakage, front tires at 4/32 with alignment needed, and rear brake wear. The Porsche repair estimates shown to me totaled well into five figures. When I raised these findings, the dealership minimized the Porsche inspection and suggested Porsche was just trying to make money. A sales director also pressured me by saying many other people had called on the vehicle and that it would be put back on the market if I did not buy it. My concern is not that a used vehicle had issues. My concern is that this vehicle was being actively marketed as retail-ready, and when a Porsche dealer inspection documented significant repair needs, the response was pressure and minimization rather than transparency. I chose not to proceed. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that any buyer of a high-end used vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent manufacturer-level inspection before purchase and review all findings carefully before relying on the dealership's used-car inspection or warranty representations.
