Told him a little about what was happening and told him I was going to work on getting a tow. Your results may vary, but from my experience, anything related to car repair as a woman who knows nothing about cars can be really stressful. I don't know enough to discern if they're telling me the right thing or taking advantage. They showed me the codes. Asked if I knew how certain things worked. Literally explained to me in a way that I could actually understand what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. AMAZING!!! I dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up, running just fine, mid-day the very next day. Absolutely honest, kind, and reasonably priced work. You'll be my go-to place now! I took my truck back to Mr Pickup, they took some pictures, and about a week and a half later, the panel was replaced under warranty. Plus they went above and beyond and squeezed me in to their schedule earlier than they had an opening, so I could have it taken care of before a road trip. He told me he would keep in touch with me.After going back and forth for almost a year. I finally was able to bring my truck back in. In the time I was waiting on parts, the paint repairs that they did was flaking off. They repainted the parts. after picking up my truck three days after I was told, I would be able to pick it up. I noticed my park sensors were not working and I had new rattles inside my truck. I got back in contact with them and I told them the issues, they asked me to bring my truck back up, but unfortunately, I do not have time to keep taking my truck up there for repairs that should've been done in the first place. I started addressing the issues myself and found all kinds of hidden mistakes, just to name an example of one the rear seat bolts are missing leaving me with trying to track down new hardware.
