Absolutely horrible. I have had good experiences in the past, but today was beyond horrible, and…read morethe young lady kept putting stuff in front of me to sign. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

They also told us we would be reimbursed for the entire exam, which is false. I do not leaving a bad review, however, when I called to make an appointment, I specifically asked if they were in network, and they did not disclose this. This is not right.

They still own me apologize. And for sure the lost one of patient. Be patient here for past couple years. Before last visit on November 25 2025 got phone call to get confirm insurance information sent the email of copy insurance to office get reply back that they received. Today March 11 2026 get another phone call that I suppose to call them to update insurance because I own them money for last visit. I get attitude from person that give me a call that I don't know medical insurance and dental insurance is not the same. end up with they call to claimed to wrong number. My insurance was active wait for a call to explain but didn't receive any call from them. You team need to do better and look at insurance card what company you should call to get claimed!! And be more professional!!

I want to be fair with my Review giving facts, but I will never step one foot back into Magnolia…read moredental! The screaming on CRYSTAL'S end was completely unnecessary The whole office could hear her screaming and she told me that Dr. Staples could hear her just fine when I told her to stop yelling at me ! Telling me she's going to turn me into collections for $41 that I already had paid. I told her this then she went on saying if you were insurance does not pick up any of these charges I will be sent to collections then she proceeded to hang up the phone on me! Clearly, I have questions because I don't know what she's talking about x-rays and spacers? Turns out that she was charging me for a cleaning that I never had done! She charged my FSA card $82 not $41 for a re-cement that Dr. Staples had told me was free ... so the IRS got involved because I swiped my FSA card for $41 not $82! When I talked to the receptionist Amanda the following day because I never received a receipt through via email as had said. I asked why was I being charged $41? I also got hollered at when I was told again, it was free with the amount of pain and problems that I have been going through It became so ugly that Delta Dental had to be my advocate ! She never filed the proper claims never got a single EOB the year of 2025 until I was charged for a cleaning in January 21 26 In the year of 2025 I went a total of four times having all different doctors whoever was available to re-cement my crown ... I was screamed at and was told I needed to check with the insurance company and know my policy that I had four requence limitations in which the insurance had no idea of because there were no claims being submitted to the insurance company! In order for me to understand the four limitations I also needed their codes which I was not privy to. I have never been spoken to in such a demeaning way ! None of these employees own the company and they need to treat their customers with absolute respect ! And stop putting words into customers mouth screaming to make a scene for all to hear, including customers that are waiting in the lobby! Very unprofessional The glue that is holding the dentist office together is Anne Catherine (AK) Thanks to Delta Dental for being my advocate, I was able to confirm that I will not be sent to collections in the hands of CRYSTAL FOR INADEQUATELY FALSIFYING INFORMATION!

I had the most shockingly unprofessional and bizarre medical experience of my life at this…read moredentist's office. I have been here several times before for check-ups and cleanings, and have always had a fairly typical experiences. Last time I went, I was told that I had a severe cavity that might require a root canal. A friendly assistant led me to the back and seated me in the examination chair. The assistant applied a numbing ointment to my gums to numb the injection site so that the dentist could do her work. When Dr. Sanchez arrived, I was sitting quietly in the exam chair with my hands folded on my lap, watching Judge Judy on the television, and waiting for the numbing ointment to take effect so that the procedure could begin. The dentist asked me, "Are you nervous of something?" in a weirdly condescending way, as if it would be abnormal for me to be nervous. A lot of people get nervous at the dentist, don't they? I suffer from mild social anxiety, and so I am not a chatty person under even ideal circumstances. In a location like a dentist's office, I'm even more economical in my use of language. Thus, when I was asked this question, I shrugged and gave a slight nod. I didn't really like the tone she was speaking to me with. She made me feel like there was something wrong with me if I was nervous. "I can't do this if you're not going to talk to me," she declared. I wasn't really sure how to respond to that. "What do you want me to say?" I asked. Did she want a verbal answer to the prior question about nervousness? Did she want me to simply vow to be more communicative? I have no idea. I was now trying to navigate a very strange situation wherein the professional that is supposed to be putting me at ease and creating a comfortable environment was instead coming at me with a snarky hostility that I don't feel like I did anything to invite. "If you aren't going to talk to me, you can just go somewhere else," she snapped. I was completely shocked. What had I even done wrong? I was being given the bum's rush on an appointment I'd made weeks ago because I shrugged and nodded when she asked if I was nervous? It seemed unreal. At this point, I got up out of the chair. I did call her a name at this point. I'm not going to lie. I called her a "F***ing weirdo." I regret being so crude in the moment, but I was shocked. She murmured something to the effect of how "that's how I feel about you." I guess she was implying that I'm the weirdo? I'm not sure what I did to become a weirdo in her mind, other than being a bit nervous before a dental procedure. I am a 6'6 tall man with a big beard, so maybe she was put off or intimidated by my appearance in some way? I have no idea what her problem was, to be perfectly honest. The end result of the incident is that now I have to delay medical treatment for this cavity even further, increasing the odds that I will need a root canal. I must now seek out a new dentist, fill out new medical forms, perhaps undergo new X rays. I also had to drive around with my mouth numb for 30 minutes afterwards. This entire debacle is the absolute apotheosis of ridiculousness. I keep going over the event in my mind trying to figure out what I could have said or done to make the encounter turn out differently than it did. Maybe I should have just told her, "Yes, doctor, I do feel nervous. Medical procedures like this one do make me nervous." Would that have calmed her down? I have no idea. I get the distinct impression that a grudge was born against me the second she laid eyes on me and she was simply looking for an excuse to avoid seeing me as a patient. Her behavior from the onset was antagonistic and condescending. I am extremely disgusted by the treatment I received at this office, and I want to caution all who read this review that the same thing could befall you if you choose this dentist.

Angel was able to fit me in, within two weeks. At the completion of visit Angel and her assistant were able to look at options for insurance and payment for Doc Sanchez and her dental hygienist, Shannon, services. Surprisingly, the charge was 45 % cheaper then dentist number one and 60% cheaper then dentist number two. Most importantly, the professional service that I went to see Doc Sanchez for were preformed professionally , options were given for future dental care that I will eventually have done. No pressure to make a fast decision. Dental hygienist, Shannon, teeth cleaning was done quickly and explained what she saw and recommended while she was cleaning teeth. Great quick service for a procedure that I don't particularly relish. Highly recommend for busy adults who have better things to do then see a dentist.
