Upon meeting her for the first time, I could tell Karissa listened to me and gave me a haircut that I was looking for. I appreciated that she let me just jump right into "business" once I got there, letting me show her a multitude of pictures--no pressure to small talk before I showed her pictures, etc. I did, however, find her easy to talk to once we got to the shampooing/cutting of my hair. I feel like I got a $50 haircut, although women's cuts here are only $25. Definitely a great price for the area! I am giving the studio a 4 star, however, as the studio's parking lot is kind of difficult to get in and out of. Also, the building is just poorly placed--it's on a curve alongside a major road, that I would argue is on the edge of a ghetto. The building is older and could be better maintained. If just giving a rating based on Karissa, I would give 5 stars.
