She never introduced herself, looked over my chart, and quickly listed treatment options without taking the time to listen to my concerns or answer my questions. I came in with severe pain on one side of my mouth and a missing six-unit bridge on the other, so I was hoping for a more compassionate and thorough consultation. Instead, I felt rushed and unheard. I was also surprised that the earliest available root canal appointment was a month away, despite being in significant pain and having no other complications that would prevent treatment. To add to my frustration, I was asked to leave a $100 deposit to secure the appointment. As someone seeking emergency dental care, this made me feel as though I wasn't trusted to keep my appointment. The office staff was excellent, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. My disappointment lies with the doctor-patient interaction and the lack of urgency regarding my dental pain.
