Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Something that in the very recent past has cost me $400-500 including the tip, it was almost $1000 with this company. The owner did not even offer a discount in light of these events. I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! I spent hella time reviewing moving companies in the Austin area and got multiple quotes. Sarver was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I got good vibes from the start with Daniel and getting a quote and explanation of services that best fit my needs. The quote, contract, deposit, fees, all of it was clearly explained. Day of move - Eric and JC were communicative upon arrival and all throughout. They arrived on time, treated us and both properties with respect, even toward my dog. They easily understood any requests and read my box labels. I ended up having some furniture delivered to the new place on moving day, so they offered and moved those items inside as well.
