Great shop for interior upholstery repair. I brought in my 2008 BMW 328i which had some tears on the driver's seat bolster. Robert at Jack's Auto Interiors took a look and told me he could simply replace the torn panel with matching leather for a very reasonable price. We scheduled a time, I dropped off my car and picked it up the next day. Good as new (or pretty close)! Very satisfied! Highly recommend. read more

Hello Everyone, I wanted to take time to write a review on my experience with Jacks Automotive Interiors. I brought my car in to get my leather seats and car ceiling reupholster. I ended up adding a fixed drive door panel and left window. Robert's customer service, time of workload, communication, politeness, and just all-around great service was delightful. I went to 5 different upholstery shops to have cigarette burns repaired or the seat reupholstered on a 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8. Every shop I went to told me that the seat material is no longer available and that I should just learn to live with it. I overheard a guy talking at a 7-11 and he was recommending Jack's to another customer so i thought what the heck....I will check them out. They were able to find an exact match but the material was no longer available. They knew of a distributor and did a special order for me. They completed the repair in less than 24 hours and it looks spectacular. I will post some photos soon. read more

My convertible soft top was in such bad shape and they fixed it within a day, Jack and his other coworker that worked on my top are unbelievably nice. His coworker (I forgot his name) cleaned up the back of my car, and removed all the old moldy tape I taped my car with to fix the wholes at the time, not to mention my door was loose where all the window buttons are was falling apart and he offered to fix it for me free of charge. Small little hole-in-the-wall difficult to find worth the effort.!. After looking through the out the valley for a place to redo the interior of my 74 I met with Jack on a Saturday. he spent over an hour with me discussing the finer Points of pre-made vs ordering custom fabric. I elected to order the fabric as well as the carpets and then paid them to do the labor. Whether Jack or Clint did all the sewing I am not sure I'm pretty sure Clint did the carpet installation and a fantastic job. They weren't the cheapest they weren't the most expensive but they were more than fair compared to other prices I've gotten. Couldn't be happier! read more

I found Jacks right here on Yelp, and I'm glad I did. I've got a 2003 Tacoma double cab which one panel of the drivers seat was worn through with part of the metal frame showing. I thought I'd need to get the entire seat re-upholstered but Jack said he could replace that one panel as well as beef up the padding along that metal frame to prevent it from wearing through again. He stepped to the back of his shop looking for material he thought would match. Moments later he came out with as close a match to color and fabric type as one could get without factory specs. His price was spot on fair also. I made the appointment for the following week to have him do the work which he said would take 3 hours. The seat turned out great. I'm a very happy Jacks customer and highly recommend him to anyone with auto upholstery needs. read more

Went in to have seat covers installed. Turns out the wrong covers were sent. This was my problem not Jacks as I was the one to ordered them.. However I decided to just have them repair the old seat by making the lower seat panel only. I was quoted $180.00 to replace that panel. I understood they were going to send out the seat and have the scuffed bolsters resprayed to freshen the old section of the seat. When I picked up the car the center section of the seat was replaced and it looked fine the seat wasnt sprayed looked terrible with only a replaced bottom. The owner said they were never going to send it out that he was sorry I misunderstood the terms. No written estimate was offered in the beginning only a final invoice for the inflated amount when I picked it up.........The worst of it was the price somehow now was almost $400.00 ! I will never use or recommend this place to anyone. read more

My sunroof head liner glue was getting old and it unpeeled a little in a cl550 . I knew it was an easy fix. Sadly I guess others in the area thought I was incompetent. They gave me quotes for 215 160 and 95 dollars. Told me I needed to replace my whole head liner. Ridiculous. People see a nice car and think you're just going to pay them anything. I went to Jacks on my final stop and he just put the glue that was needed and fixed my sunroof head liner. Like I originally had intended. He didn't charge me anything asked me to give him what was fair. I gave the man 20 bucks for the glue and about 10 mins of his time. He was honest and did the job properly. Great guy to talk to. Jack was able to repair a cigarette burn in my back seat and when he was finished, you couldn't tell the difference. A real lifesaver. When I went to pay, he didn't have change and shorted me $8. He justified this by saying the material was $20 shipping which wasn't charged. All in all, I paid $50 for material and $150 labor (plus the $8). I'm glad the repair was made but when I left, I felt kind of slighted. read more

My 96 camaro convertible was seeing its last few moments of life. The glass window was delaminating from the the bottom canvas and after months of attempting to use window weld, duct tape, and even hot glue for desperate times, I decided it may be time to bite the bullet and just get a new top. I called around a few spots and they mentioned charging almost up to 1800! I actually found Jack through Yellow Pages and after calling him, he sounded just like what these other reviewers described, "an old time craftsman"! He gave me a reasonable price so I decided to come in to check out the shop. He was a great guy. We checked out the parts catalog to show me the price the top would actually cost along with an estimated time it would take him. I brought in my car for one day and he was done!
