Javier and his guys did excellent work swapping out my Outback's OEM pleather (7 panel fails over the years nickel and diming me)for leather. Javier is old school when it comes to customer service and the quality to my eyes and body is excellent. They just worked and worked to get the job done, music playing and shop fan trying to keep the triple digits outside but no BS going on, they came to work to work. They do excellent work. When the job was complete and I looked at the front seats I could tell they'd done more than the agreed to-swap out. I asked Javier about it saying the seats looked stout and new beneath the leather. He said the guys will judge the seats and add a half inch of foam where needed. The car is 8 years old and I'm not fat but the support had faded over the years but I didn't even consider asking to have them refreshed inside where it counts I guess. Anyway I drove the 80 miles home in comfort while the smell of leather, a guy's favorite aroma, surrounded me. I swear the brakes and engine improved too! But that's my imagination I'm sure. Needed new fabric top on my 2001 Toyota Solara convertible. Meet Xavier at his shop. He quoted me a price I said, yes he says I can have the fabric here in a day. Two hours later he called me and says that he has the fabric and he can install today. Wow! That's fast. So I left him the vehicle overnight and it was finished the next day.
