When I picked up completed car I turned on radio after driving one block and there was no sound from front speakers. When I returned the next day and explained that speakers were working when I dropped off car and they weren't working when I picked up the car Javier said loudly and defensively "I don't touch radio or work on sound systems !". I said I know you didn't intentionally change sound system. Maybe it was an accident and your technician accidentally dislocated a wire connection or hit a switch. Could you please take 10 minutes and retrace your steps and perhaps find a simple fix. He screamed again yelling we don't touch radio. I said it's not the radio it's the sound system. He again yelled we don't fix sound system and told me to take my car to a radio shop. I went to a radio sound technician and they found that the front speaker amplifier switch had accidentally been switched to low fidelity instead of high fidelity which caused the sound in front speakers to be muddled. They charged me $150 for labor. When I returned to Javier to explain he said again he's not responsible for sound and refused to reimburse me the $150 even though his technician accidentally hit the switch on amplifier even though he refused to initially retrace his steps and correct a simple mistake. He's a greedy, petulant, small defensive man who refused to reimburse me $150 after I had paid him $2800 up front. NEVER USE THIS PETTY PERSON!!

Prestige companies is so incredibly professional, the employees are nice and they do such extremely high-quality work, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found them. The original seat was manufactured very oddly with curves of the seat that was digging into my tailbone and causing severe pain in my back all the way down my leg. This company modified my seat to perfection and it is now completely evened and comfortable. They didn't rush the job and made sure I was happy. My seat was a pain in the ass (literally) to work with and they worked hard on my seat and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely will be returning to them in the future for any automobile interior repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend them!

I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency. They explained what needed to be done, got straight to work, and delivered exactly what they promised. In a time when catalytic converter theft is unfortunately common, it's a relief to find a shop you can trust. If you're dealing with exhaust damage or catalytic theft, I highly recommend Izzy Mufflers and Brakes. Solid workmanship, fair pricing, and genuinely good people.

Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

I wanted the old carpet and the old padding completely taken out and new carpet and padding put in. I made that very clear from beginning what I wanted and what kind of carpet I wanted. He quoted me an amount of 300-400 and I clarified again what I wanted and he said it would be done. When I came back to pick up my car he said, he took out the old carpet and the old padding and replaced it. HE LIED COMPLETELY TO MY FACE AND THOUGHT I DIDNT KNOW THE OLD CARPET WAS UNDERNEATH. He never removed the old carpet or the old padding and did the worst job ever. He didn't clean up the edges and he used the carpet I told him I didn't want. This guy just thought he could made an extra amount for a half-assed job. And he admitted to his poor job and said he would refund me the money . I came the next day to get my money refunded and his dad said they wouldn't refund me the money because it was still a job done. But the job was horrible as you can see from the pictures. I have to get the whole thing redone because this isn't the kind of carpet I asked for nor anywhere close to being done . THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF ON PURPOSE. AND THEY WILL DO A HORRIBLE JOB. No photos because it was a small, simple job. But it was done perfectly: replacing the very center portion of both front seats in my 2017 Hyundai Ionic. Albert made the seats look like new - actually better through adding tasteful sewn details. Everything was delivered fast and carefully with Zero hassles in what was obviously and refreshingly a family business - the honesty and friendliness can't be beat. This place will rip you off intentionally. They did a half assed job and they knew it and tried to tell me otherwise. I wanted the old carpet removed and the old padding removed and I wanted it replaced with plush cream colored carpet. I made all of this very clear and he quoted me. I came back to an unfinished job with ugly carpet I said I didn't want and he lied to me and told me he took out the old carpet. Which as you can see from the pictures he clearly didn't. They fixed my leather on my drivers seat and as I was waiting a tiny guy came in and I asked if when he was done with his first job if he could tint my ride. He agreed on the cheap! These guys are very friendly and work with you. I had leather damage to the seats in my Audi TT. They replaced it but because of the fading from the sun on the rest of the seat it didn't match. They said no problem and dyed it to match without complaining about it. Very customer oriented. read more

He also took the liberty to swap out another panel! So now I have 3 panels that don't match the rest of the interior. I've had another car upholsterer fix the faux leather before and they matched the color perfectly, so he might not have all the materials he needed to do the job right. When I pointed out the mistake, he was rude and told me to leave without paying him if I didn't like the work before he retreated to his office. I wish he would've offered to fix his mistake. The stitching was great, just the color was wrong. So, if you wanna save some money definitely go here, but MAKE SURE he confirms the color and panels with you before he starts the work.

Unfortunately, I have to write this negative review based on my experience, and there is really…read moreonly one reason for it. I wanted to swap out the foam in my Audi A4 seat because of back pain. I brought the original foam from the dealership. I had never done this before, and this was my first time having this type of work done. Before leaving my vehicle, I clearly asked the owner Kevin, whether there would be any issues with the heating elements in the seat. He told me that they had done this type of job before and that it should be fine. When I dropped off the car, I asked the supervisor on duty, Jose, the same question, and he also told me that they would go slowly and fix it properly. I never signed any document agreeing to this risk, before dropping my car off. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, the seat heater is no longer working. I tried to resolve the issue with the owner, but from his perspective, he could not offer any compensation, refund, or replacement. Instead, he shifted the risk back onto me and said that I already knew this could happen. I clearly explained that I did not know this could happen. Based on my conversations with both the owner and Jose before the work was done, I was told that it should be fine. Had I been told beforehand that there was a real possibility the heating element could be damaged, I would have made a different decision Or at-least be aware of the risk. Our deal included me getting my seat back as exactly as it was with the new foam - this did not happen. He also told me that I spilled something beforehand, I told him no the morning I checked everything was working fine.. as if he checked my seats before initiating repairs.... The replacement heating pad alone costs about $360. I already paid $200 for the installation to this shop + the foam itself was $260, and I don't want to have to pay another $360 for a new heating pad because the heating element stopped working after the repair. That would make this repair significantly more expensive than I originally expected. For me, the issue is ultimately about trust and integrity. I relied on what I was told by two people at the shop, and unfortunately, the outcome was different: my seat heater was broken. Being an upholstery business for many years, he probably knows that this is the risk, which we should tell the customer and not say that it will be OK. He probably well know this. I don't know why he told me otherwise. They behaved professionally so that's not an issue.. it's the outcome. This is my honest and truthful experience. My advice to anyone considering similar work is to make sure you clearly understand the risks beforehand and, if possible, get confirmation in writing regarding what will and will not be affected by the repair.
