The only negatives were that he does not accept credit cards and I found his published operating hours to be a suggestion. Call ahead to make sure that he will be there and take adequate cash with you.

Unfortunately he did not call in advance so I wasn't prepared. I was in the middle of something that I couldn't drop and took me about 10 min. Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). I wasn't told there was a $279.99 service fee just to diagnose it, plus a $50 mobile service fee -- that's on me for not asking more questions beforehand. I simply booked the appointment expecting a standard service call. Within about 2 minutes of arriving, he assessed that it needed a battery. Total time at my house was maybe 15-25 minutes, and the bill came out to $429.70. The pricing alone was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the attitude and customer service throughout the visit.
