There were 2 people there when we arrived, and they waited, mid process, while we got taken care of. Weird. I would have been upset. We asked for gel, he pretends he didn't understand, and kept saying 'so, you want ANC?' I asked if it was another brand of gel- he says 'yes, better'. I realized when the powder came out that it's a completely different process. On top of that, it's $37 (gel is $26). He never mentioned that. I didn't appreciate the sneaky upsell or the way he talked badly about another customer who came in, asked questions and decided to go elsewhere. Manicure lasted, but overall experience was not good. This nail salon experience was beyond inappropriate and uncomfortable. The owner is incredibly creepy and made the entire appointment feel unsafe. From the start, he kept caressing my hands and making comments like "you're so sweet" and "you're so cute." When soaking off my nails, he stretched his arms all the way across the table just to get closer to me -- his face was literally a few inches from mine -- and stared into my eyes while telling me how "cute" I was. He held my hands in a flirtatious way, made weird comments about me looking "scared," and even joked that I wouldn't come back because of how much he kept holding onto me. When my nails were done, he made me hold his hands "while my nails were drying," even though I kept saying they were already dry. He would just grab my hands again to keep me there longer. On top of that, he did things to my nails that I never even asked for, which was so frustrating in addition to his gross behavior. When I stood up to wash my hands, he noticed my tattoo on my leg, bent down (while I was wearing a dress), and started touching my legs without permission. Throughout all of this, he kept saying he was going to call me and take me out, even though I repeatedly said I had a boyfriend. He insisted I was lying and kept pushing it anyway. Overall, this man is a complete creep. He'll touch you inappropriately, make you uncomfortable, and ignore your boundaries. On top of that, he didn't even listen to what I wanted for my nails. Review I had a poor experience during my first and last time at this salon. I had 1 ANC nail that needed to be repaired. I was taken right way, as there were no other customers getting their nails done or waiting. In fact, no other customers came in the entire 1/2 hour I was there. There were no other employees around either. The door was locked. I had to be let in, fill out paperwork, take my temperature and wear a mask the whole time, behind the plexiglass. After completing the COVID protocol, I told him I only needed one broken nail repaired, since I had just got them done a week ago. He proceeded to start with filing down the pinky nail, which was clearly not the broken nail. He started to fix what he had just done, but never completed that one and left it rough and matted, as opposed to shiny, the way it was when I came in. He fixed the broken nail, but left a small spot on it that I didn't notice until I left and he locked the door. Additionally, and the most significant part, was that he filed my skin in 2 places on my finger around the nail and actually drew dots of blood. When I winced and ask him to be careful and pointed out what he had done, he didn't apologize, but only said something along the lines of "Your skin is high," that's why I filed it. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and this has never happened. My finger is now sore, red and puffy. In hindsight, I should not have left him a tip on top of the $7 he charged for the one nail and should have said something about the messed up nails and pain I was in. But at that point I felt very uncomfortable, I did not think it would do any good and didn't want to risk any more damage to my nails or fingers! Needless to say I will not be returning and may have to see a Dr if my finger becomes infected. read more

This is the worst nail salon in existence! Today was my anniversary, and I wanted to get a manicure later in the day so I wouldn't ruin it before a romantic dinner. I called at four to see if I could come over and Jack told me not until five. I said OK. I originally showed up at 11 AM so that I would not have to wait because that was when they opened. But after waiting 10 minutes they still were not open, so I went with the end of the day plan instead. I skipped another errand so I could be there on time. At five he was the only person in there and he was doing a complicated manicure on a woman who I'm pretty sure walked in right before I did. After 15 minutes, he asked if I had another errand to run while I was waiting. So I left and ran my other errand and came back and he was still doing the same manicure. At 5:30, it was an hour and a half after I wanted a manicure and a half an hour after my reservation, and he was not close to finishing the manicure he was working on. Then another woman walked in who just needed a quick fix on one nail, so I knew he would take her before my full manicure. I finally got up and said that I could not wait any longer, because I was going to dinner and had planned the manicure with enough time to get ready, and now I don't have the time. He just said OK bye, like he was happy to have me go. I have walked in to this place before and waited for a manicure for oh so long, but chalked it up to me not making an appointment. Apparently making an appointment does not guarantee you will be helped at that time, either. I read another review from a woman who said she saw Jack take four dollars out of a five dollar tip she left for her manicurist. That is outrageous! I will never, ever go back to this nail salon, and I caution you against going and wasting an hour or more waiting. Now I am going out for a fancy restaurant for a romantic dinner, with nails that have been gardening all day and really needed some help. I barely got dressed and got my make up on in time thanks to Jack. I can't stress enough that you should never ever ever go here! read more

The ANC I get here lasts longer than anywhere else. It's thin and looks completely natural. So worth it.

Not good at all. I also never leave reviews because I feel bad. Jack did not have the loveliest vibe about him and did not speak at all. I wanted my ANC removed and to get a regular manicure. He refused to cut my nails like I asked and rather filed them in a jagged way. He left me with a terrible manicure and polish on my finger skin. I went home and painted them myself but paid 30 bucks in the meantime. One positive was that although the hand massage was brief, it was good. read more

Today was my first pedicure. It was absolutely magnificent. The owner Jack spent over an hour doing my feet. I must admit my feet were not the prettiest. The soles of my feet were one big callus from years of high heels and abuse. . He did a phenomenal job removing them. And my nails, well that is another story. They were too funky to describe. I know realize how important it is to take care of these feet and will be visiting Jack on a regular basis. read more

This place sucks.. I have no idea how the owner run their business. The owner hire someone to change all their pedi chair.. six week form now, not even pay the guy labor.. That guy work so hard to help them change all chairs in one day.. its all his hard working money... The owner told him that he got no money to pay his labor, but the owner only able afford to pay his own luxury car - Mercedes Benz.... Went here to get anc, although my nails look nice Jack was very rough with my hands most of my fingers have cuts on them and 2 of them were bleeding by the time he was finished. I literally bit my lip to stop from wincing out in pain. He was very creepy, after he cut my hand he asked "do you like pain???" he continuously touched my friends face and was inappropriate. When taking off the anc on my friends nails he left the stuff on for too long and she has burns on her hand! read more
