Unfortunately, I heard a lot of good things about this place so being that I'm back home I figured I'd give it a try. I walked in and was asked what I would like to do, and I let them know that I would like my nails to be done to take off the gel overlay and redo my nails. The male and the female were very snappy and rude. Oh we're really busy right now again I understand I don't have an appointment but they didn't even offer if I could make an appointment. It was almost as if they were unhappy that I just showed up. All I wanted was my nails done. I visited on two occasions.The first time I had a deluxe pedicure. Very comfy massage chair, exfoliating, moisturizing products that made my feet and lower legs soft and smooth. A professional pedicure done with my choice of color. Turned out beautiful. My second visit consisted of a deluxe manicure which included cuticle removal, an exfoliating scrub, paraffin treatment, lovely hand massage with scented Gabe cream and oil. Excellent. I've been going to Jack's nail salon consistently and am never disappointed. It's always hard finding a reliable nail salon but look no further than Jack's! They are amazing at doing your nails quickly, professionally and just how you ask them to. I am always impressed at how gorgeous my nails turn out. Also, my nails stay strong for weeks. At other salons, they always break. But here, they stay strong and healthy because of their process. They also gave us the sweetest holiday gift that they give to their customers. This review is going to be more on the customer service/ treatment I recieved. I came here because I saw how highly rated it was, and how nice everyone mentioned the couple were. I went once and the nails done were good enough that I made another appointment for a fill and reshaping. The couple was not the nicest, and I had a better time talking to the other client there. The second time around I made an appointment, and the day of I sent a text with a picture of what I wanted. All I got back was that the shape was impossible with my nails and the design cost. Again I thought that came across a bit rude, but whatever they have decent prices. Anyways, something urgent came up and I ended up having to miss my appointment. I was unable to let them know beforehand. I try to never do that because I know they can fill a spot with enough advance notice. When I did have access to my phone, within a couple of minutes of my scheduled time, Jack had already called twice and I had missed texts from him. He was also already calling a third time. I had missed the first two calls, but answered the last call and the first thing he said to me was if I was going to make it to my appointment. When I told him something came up and I wouldn't be able to, he asked again and when I started to say no he hung up. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I didn't even get the whole word out, or the chance to apologize, but given his reaction I am glad that I did not. It's safe to say I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE. read more

Came here for the first time today. Clean and nice atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. I was a bit indecisive about how I wanted my nails done and they were patient when I kept asking their opinions on different colors and how they'd look with the designs. They came up with great suggestions and I love how both the mani and medi came out. My only issue was the price point only because what I asked for wasn't super intricate and I've gotten similar done with harder hand-drawn designs and have never been charged this much. Especially for how long jt took. BUT! Everything came out very well done so paying for perfection can be worth it if you're not on a time crunch and are very particular. read more

This review isn't for the work, but rather the cost. The artwork is great and quality on the nails is okay/standard. Cuticles did get cut up/bleed on more than 1 finger. My issue is the price. Wont be back for that alone. For gel-x french with a few rhinestones, $125 is insane. My friend had a regular full set and same price. The menu in the salon says prices start at 60$. Came here to warn people because you wouldnt expect to pay double the starting price without some type of disclosure. To charge double for a non-advanced design is baffling. Rhinestones dont cost a lot of money (as someone who sells them on etsy). Another girl at the same time had a full set done, with minimal nail artwork and one finger covered in rhinestones. Her cost was 185$! She was so shocked she didnt have enough to tip. read more

I have came to Jack's nail salon to get a gel pedicure, a French tip gel, pedicure! At first, when a filing off the previous gel that was on my toe I was cut by the drill.(I understand the accident happen!) , nail Tech was a lady who started off she began drilling and filing cutting and removing obviously dead skin, everything went well, up till where my nail tech was switched with a man And he was going to do my French tip design, I'll let him know that I liked it thin not too thick on the French tip like how some typical ladies do. They didn't look great. I've came here before and the lady who was doing my nails at the beginning. Did my nails in the past so I just so I was just confused why my nails was switched during my pedicure honestly the cleanliness is not it. The towels are dirty and the tools they use. Do not seem to be clean. When entering the building today, they were charging me 75 dollars when I got the bubble pedicure, which is 50 he said French tip was a 15 and he said he put some type of discount and only charging me 65 dollars, money is not the issue here it's about the quality and service. He told me that I was picky when I just simply wanted the French tip to be fixed. That's it. But come to. Seaside nails by Subway. And the meatery I called in for emergency, fix up on my toes. Because I didn't like the French tip and one of my toes was too short and they just didn't cut my toe length evenly so I came here by seaside nails. They took me in very quickly great experience they fixed it. I recommend coming here. Don't waste your time here or money, when they're not gonna give you the correct service and just turn it away when you just simply ask them to fix their mistake save your money and time hit seaside nails!! read more

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. When I walked around 5:25 the gentleman at the front asked if he could assist me. When I told him I wanted a set of nails he said we don't have time for that tonight. Okay. So I asked when will you have time? And he just repeated that we don't have time tonight which I replied yes I understand but can I make an appointment for tomorrow and he said no just call back as they are busy. Seriously-wtf when I came in there was one customer in the chair and he was literally standing there doing NOTHING. They also close at seven which leads me to believe they were being lazy and didn't want to take another customer. Won't beg a business to take my money. Will NEVER come to this place again and I spend a lot of money on my nails. If you can't be bothered to book an appointment for a perspective customer when they're actually physically present in your store then there's no point in me calling to book an appointment later. Jack & Jenny are very friendly and have only been open for a few months. They were talkative with customers and even offered us water. I went a week ago and got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I went there 2 weeks ago. I called a day before if they had time for the next day Sunday. They said yes. But after I went in and saw me with kids they refused service and told me to leave because they had no time. And there were 2 people and only one person was with a client while the other was smoking outside and didn't want to help me at all. I won't be recommending this place at all!! read more
