I love LOVE Nails! I have been going here for about 5+ years and Kim is an absolute doll. She is so sweet and does an incredible job on your nails. While they do take walk-ins, it is highly recommended to call and make an appointment. I am usually always able to get same-day appointments. I recently started getting gel pedicures and gel manicures and I have no idea why I waited this long. I love the results and they do a good thorough job. I think the prices are reasonable and they have a wide range of colors to pick from. It is a mellow and relaxed vibe. Parking can be tricky on a busy weekend as there is a time limit on street parking so I recommend morning appointments so you can park in the parking lot. read more

I have gone here a few times, but the last time I came through, I made the decision to never come back. They are really nice seem very flexible with scheduling. I walked in and asked if they were free to do a dip set the next day. They said sure and booked me on the spot! While the dip part wasn't bad and I enjoyed the base color I picked out, the design this nail tech did, was horrible. I initially wasn't going to go for a design but on a whim, I asked "do you guys do any designs here?" She told me, "of course! What design do you want?" So I showed her. I will acknowledge a few things - 1. The darker base color can affect the overall design, but I'm not partial to that. 2. My short nail beds do make it difficult to do any extravagant designs. However, should either of those truly limit a nail tech's ability to actually do the requested artwork, I personally would have appreciated "because of these things, I'm not sure if these designs could be done". Instead, the nail tech continued and I was too shy to have her remove the design (this was the first time I've ever gotten art on my nails). Me not asking to have them removed was my responsibility, so I understand that. I just don't think it's quality work, ESPECIALLY considering the art that they post on their instagram. It's not consistent. It's unfortunate since they are so nice. I went to another nail place to get them changed after three weeks because I didn't want these to be my engagement nails. Glad I got those changed (but the other spot over filed my nails and now they're brittle). My nail beds were also very tender the next day, but since this was the first time I got my nails done, I wasn't sure if that was normal. Just putting that in as a heads up. Anyhow, Two stars for their approachability and flexibility but I'd give 1 if those were compromised. read more

LOVE getting my manicures here - could not recommend Kim enough. She is very clearly a perfectionist and I love that I can trust her every time. She's always very receptive. My issue with this salon is the gentleman that does pedicures. I'm not sure what his name is but I've had him twice and refuse to see him ever again. My nails are always cut or filed unevenly, he'll clip cuticles and hang nails until they hurt, and when I got a French tip design the lines were so uneven that even Kim had to tell him to fix them when she saw them. Again, 100% recommend manicures here but if you're planning on a pedicure, just make sure you're not getting the man to work on them. read more

I was from out of town and was staying at the Intercontinental nearby. During my massage, I told my masseuse that I was looking to get my nails done. She recommended this place. It was nearby so I went. They had two people working on me but they must've been new because they needed someone else to come back around to fix what they did. It took hella longer than normal. When I got back to the hotel and inspected my hands and feet, my cuticles were messed up and cracking, my gel polish was uneven, and nails were uneven. DO NOT GO HERE. For me, NEVER AGAIN! read more

About two weeks ago my bestie and I went on a weekend girls trip, so we thought getting on nails done would be the best start to our trip, which turned out to be the most painful pedicure of my life! The gentleman who did my pedicure was very rough on my feet and not only cut me and made me bleed several times. Then he put my feet in a bag of acetone and callus remover for about 10 -15 minutes which ended up giving me a very bad 2nd degree chemical burn which resulted in a ER visit, followed by several doctors visits because it wasn't healing well and became infected. I was put on 10 days worth of strong antibiotics, antibiotic burn cream, and was put on a doctor's ordered work leave for a week cause I couldn't walk on it cause it hurt so much and was swelling bad. Two weeks later and now I can finally stop wrapping it, but it still hurts and swells up at times. Seeing the Dr tomorrow to see what she thinks on how it's healing. (The photos I attached below show how it looked right after, the next day when I knew it was starting to get infected, and two weeks later.) read more

I thought I found a great nail salon. Wrong!!! Twice I booked an appointment ahead of time, twice I had to wait over half an hour. A new customer who has been there twice - walked in the first time and scheduled an appointment the second time. Return visit, waited over 30 minutes, gave them another chance cause they were nice and rescheduled the next day. Third, and final visit, scheduled an appointment, arrived and was told if I can wait another 16 minutes, said ok. Time passed. Someone walked in, immediately seen while I was still waiting for nearly half an hour. I stood up and they wanted me to wait cause she's nearly done. No, that was not cool after the last visit's fiasco. I know it's a business but you don't do that to possible frequent clients. So not recommending this place read more

I started coming here after I broke an acrylic a few months ago and my old shop was too busy to see me (I'd been going there for over 10 years). I stopped going to my old place! This place is super cute and very clean. They take walk ins, but an appointment is recommended. They remember customers and they offer water and tea when you check in. My gel pedicures have been great. They fix my nail issues and feet always look cute and well taken care of afterwards. The massages are nice and there are multiple options of pedicures to choose from. My acrylics seem great, I've had only one instance of lifting since I've switched over (it used to happen all the time at the old place). They're sturdy and they have so many different types of powders and colors to choose from. By the second week fore nails had cracked and come off. It has been a month now and I can't get nails for awhile cause they are breaking SO bad. My nails have never been this weak and are breaking everyday, all my nails are so bendy and weak I can't even use them for everyday needs.
