I chose this salon because it was nearby and I needed a gel manicure ASAP. I called ahead and was happy that they were able to take me right away. When I arrived, there was only one other customer in the salon getting a pedicure. I was told to have a seat and wait for my nail technician. When she came out from the back and sat down, she immediately got to work. Unfortunately, she wasn't very friendly or welcoming and didn't even say hello, which I think is a pretty basic part of customer service. I told her what I wanted, and she got started. She was strictly business, no small talk, no effort to make me feel comfortable, just work, work, work. In fact, it was probably the fastest manicure I've ever had. What surprised me most was that there were none of the finishing touches I've come to expect from a manicure. There was no hand rinse at the end to remove the nail dust and debris, no hand massage. She did ask if I wanted lotion or cuticle oil, but it felt more like an obligation than a genuine offer. Since my hands were still covered with filing dust, I declined the lotion and oil because I would have preferred to wash my hands first. The gel manicure itself turned out fine, but the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. I paid and left without feeling like much care had been put into the customer experience. It's been about a month now and my nails have not chipped, they're still going so that's a plus. read more

Came in for an impromptu pedicure for 3 people, and of all salons within a 5-10 mile radius refused to take us. However, Classy Nails squeezed us in! During the time we were getting our pedicures, multiple parties came by for a drop in appointment. Because they were busy, they let the customers know honestly or gave them a time to come back. Despite feeling rushed, the workers actually did not rush and provided quality care!! My nails, even 2 months later, are STILL looking good! No chipping or flaking at all! Just natural growth. Don't let the name fool you! This place is not Classy! I received a TERRIBLE pedicure today, my five year old niece could have down better. Unevenly cut toenails, the polish is not even covering my toe nails, even after I asked for them to fix it. I asked for the "Luxury" pedicure and when I asked the price at the end, as I thought maybe they misunderstood me and they told me the price it was for the "Luxury". Alright, so I came here bc of the high Yelp reviews and decided to give it a go. They were very accommodating for my walk in appt and did NOT disappoint. I'm weary about my pedicures and very particular about having my nails cleaned, correctly. Tim attended me and what a nice guy! I told him where I had pain and what needed to be addressed. I'm a nurse and an athlete, meaning closed toed shoes do a number on my toes. Tim WENT TO TOWN! I wanted to hug him lol. What an amazing pedicure! And move along to your appointment which there's plexi glass between each station. Vu was very attentive and did an amazing job on my hands. I had dip powder I needed removed, then a gel manicure. My bday weekend was filled with many treats and relaxing spots and on my way out of town the hubby wanted to treat me to one last "me time" adventure. Midday on a Monday, I found myself the only one in the shop with a very nice, sweet nail tech by the name of Nina. She explained all the different services since I needed a fill, they don't do acrylic or fiberglass as they have too many chemicals, so dipped we went. She even explained how they lift much sooner but better for me...appreciated the honesty. I loved how she really helped with the shape best for my fingers and humbly admired her artistry.
