The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.

The price has jumped over and over again and I'm still without the laptop. I will be contacting the BBB, small business board in the state of RI and leaving reviews on every website including their Facebook. TERRIBLE business who doesn't care about the customer. They couldn't even honor the price of the repair on good faith. This is a business I hope closes for good. EDIT: No idea why it says San Francisco. Pros: The company was communicative the entire time, and prompt on arrival. The junk removal itself was well done, and the apartment left in decent condition on their exit. Cons: Misleading pricing, VERY far off estimates. When Zach arrived and we did the walkthrough, we went through everything that needed to be done. He gave me the estimate of 2 guys for "2 hours tops". The final tally (for day 1) ended up being 2 guys for 4-5 hours + 2 guys for 3 hours. Day 2 was 3 guys for an additional 2 hours. In follow up communications, he tried to spin it as 'saving me money'. Going from 2 guys ~2 hours to ~3-4 guys for ~6-7 hours is misleading. There was a heavy stove found in the basement that added a complication, but not to the tune of ~2x the labor for 3-4x the time. Additionally, there is a sliding scale on pricing for truck bed space. I've worked with several junk companies before for jobs -- no one else I've worked with has ever had that pricing structure. When you tell someone that a full truck load of junk costs $1150, they would expect it to be $287.50 per quarter. Not some sliding scale 'bulk discount on junk truck space'. This is the sort of thing you would expect from some megacorp with hidden fees and unclear pricing. I will not be doing business with this company again, and cannot recommend anyone else to do the same.

My phone flew off the cars roof probably around 70-75 MPH. Once we realize the phone was missing we had to use find my friends to locate the phone. It was located off the side of Route 24 & the entire screen was completely destroyed. We went to Verizon to purchase a new phone and the kid who activated the new phone completely screwed it up. All my emails, messages and contacts were gone. I went to Verizon wireless in Swansea and because I don't use iCloud back up my only hope was to have the phone repaired.
