I was supposed to get a text of the VIN number the same day, and paperwork from his wife. Over the next three days, I never received VIN and was emailed to call, which I did each day. Still no VIN or paperwork. On the 3rd day after agreeing to said price, Don tells me the vehicle was sold. I feel like I was strung along over those 3 days to use my price as bargaining chip to other buyers. I in no way can recommend this dealer as I think he kept stringing me along. I even went so far as to schedule transport and called the transporter after the bad news. No way to run a business and probably why I am the very first Yelp review!

I bought a vehicle from this place in late March of 2026, it's now July and I've had the vehicle in…read moremy possession (and able to drive it) maybe a total of two weeks (non consecutively). I finally got it back a week ago, and it lasted all of a day before it was leaking trans fluid again. Then it started making noise like there's rocks bouncing around in the engine when I accelerate. I've literally lost count of how many times I've had to take this car back mere hrs after picking it up yet again for major repairs (including, but not limited to, complete trans failure about 4-5 hrs after picking it up because they needed to fix a trans leak), and when I got ahold of them this time, they essentially told me there's nothing they can do to help unless I want to send it to a shop of their choosing (which I'm guessing is someone the owner knows or is affiliated with) all the way out in Detroit, because they have 'spent too much money on this vehicle and it's put them in the deep red.' Mind you, this car is still under warranty...they've taken out two large claims for both the trans and timing chain, and yet it's still the same issues. It's doubtful the car will even make it that far at this point, and I have absolutely lost my patience with this company. The warranty place won't let anyone else work on these issues, because this place took the claim out, botched the job, and now it's parked in my driveway and i'm left with a car I can't drive and they won't fix. If it's not their shop, the warranty will just send me back to them anyway - even if it's someone they know in Detroit. They have absolutely completely screwed me over, and no one but Adam (their mechanic) will get back with me (and even that is sparse anymore). I told Adam nearly a week ago that I wanted to see if the owner would be open to exchanging for a different vehicle, as we're all losing on this car, and no one will get back to me about it. They have also failed to provide me with any itemized repair list for any of the repairs they supposedly did since they've had it - which they are legally required to provide, and if they don't, I can report them (and i absolutely plan to). I have sent an email (which was ignored), I called (they assured me they would email it to me), then i got a text from Adam a hour or so later saying that they were getting the info to send me, but they have to find all the receipts and stuff first, and is it okay if it takes them a while? Say what?? How do they not have this info already in the system?? This place is beyond unacceptable in their practices - let's not even get me started on the shady text they sent me asking about my payment to the bank (which they have nothing to do with) and trying to tell me i was late when it wasn't even due yet. Meanwhile, my car was sitting in their shop YET AGAIN because the trans had failed and no one bothered to contact me about it that day. Oh, and they stole the spare tire from my car to put on their loaner vehicle (which blew two tires in a matter of days from each other) instead of buying a new tire for their vehicle, they had me use my spare from my vehicle, said they would give mine back when we switched cars after they 'fixed mine' the last time, and never gave mine back. Now they're avoiding me entirely, so i'm sure those cheap f*ckers are happy they got a new spare. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place!!!! I'll be making sure EVERYONE i know who is looking for a vehicle avoids them like the plague. I've already made a claim through the BBB, the MDOS office of investigation services, as well as the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division...I'll get a claims lawyer if I have to as well. This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in my life. I'm done asking, and I'm done being patient. No one purchases a car from a dealer because they want one they can't drive . These people are scammers and con artists...looks like they even fake their own Google reviews too, trying to make themselves look better than they are. They will absolutely fraud you...stay far, far away.
