You are just another number and customer service is not a priority. If he does a poor job, it doesn't seem like he cares. Lastly, it seems that poor customer service is a common complaint about Igor as I have noticed that often the Igor/the business will down play the negative reviews. Revenue, Hennepin County Property Taxes and North Dakota Individual Taxes adjudicated and filed. Approximately April 13th: I had not heard from Tera Detle-Jamison, Hewittt Jackson Respresentive at the office at 4080 W. Broadway Ave., Robinsdale, MN. I leave a message. April 17th, 2022: Taxes are due; I stop in person to the Broadway office. My taxes have not been started. Ms. Deltle-Jamison and I spend 90 minutes on the taxes. I provide written est. tax payments and carry back loss information along with written instructions for my situation. Because the est. tax and loss carry over were not filed correctly, my taxes will later need to be amedned. May, June, 2022: I get notices from IRS and MN. Revenue that my estimated taxes were not calculated. July 12, 2022: I send a letter to Terra Detle-Jamison that my taxes were improperly filed. The USPS returns the letter "Refused". I make several calls to the national call center of Jackson-Hewitt in Virginia. Eventually they suggest contacting the office on Portland Ave. in Bloomington, MN. My phone call is not returned. Katherine Allen states my fee of $378.00 will be refunded to me. I have not receive compensation of this promise. (AKA, I want my money back.) 10/15/22: I call and e mail Katherine Allen to obtain my amended taxes.
