The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because she showed up about 10 minutes late and then I had to wait another 10 minutes before going in to get started, not to mention she was chewing and popping her gum (a BIG pet peeve of mine) while she was doing my taxes and I was sitting across from her, which I thought was pretty unprofessional and tacky. Now I will admit I was 10 minutes late myself because I had a doctors appointment right before my appointment to get my taxes done that took longer than expected. However, I did tell them when I scheduled the appointment the week before that I had to see the doctor that morning and that there was a small possibility I would be a few minutes late. I also called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and got an answering machine to which I left a message, but I did not receive a call from anyone that Nikia was running late. Just being honest and giving my compliments and suggestions, but no harm done and overall Nikia did a great job and I was very happy.
