Last year, while perusing FaceBook, I happened to see a post from the owner of the doggie day care joint I take Dante to and she was raving about this accountant who did her taxes. Knowing that I would need to find one eventually, I quickly got Ben's number from her. Ben is great. He got me more money back this year and saved me headaches and money related arguments married people tend to have this time of year. His pricing was pretty awesome, too. He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. Ya'll need to run somewhere else right now. I feel he took big time advantage of me I'm a retiree senior citizen living on a senior budget and he knew it too. Very surprising to me he could treat me or anyone like this. My opinion he doesn't deserve your business and it's all about the money, well, he'll never get mine or my family & friends and hopefully your's ever again. She carelessly reported more income than I had, which meant that every computation throughout the rest of the 1040 was based on the wrong figures. Plus, more income means more taxes I owe, of course. Making a mistake is one thing (and can happen), but she did Not conscientiously and thoroughly investigate that vital mistake to correct it. After repeatedly asking to speak to her supervisor or owner of the business, I can only presume that she has, so far, blocked that contact. This situation has caused a lot of unnecessary problems and costs for me and is still not resolved. If you use their service, it may be wise to doublecheck their figures.
