We also started with mozzarella sticks and a blooming onion. The onion was hand made from a fresh onion, hand cut and lightly seasoned and breaded. It was delicious by itself and with ranch. The owner encourages $1 donations from diners, all of which are gifted to charitable organizations (more than $44k to date)!
