I do not have Four Seasons take care of all our lawn care needs (my husband still likes to cut the grass), but even though I use them on an as need basis, for garden and sprinkler work, I still am treated like a valued customer. I recommend them, for one time services and regular long-term service. Many of my friends and neighbors use them, as does our HOA. Their lawns and gardens and our neighborhood looks great! They trimmed all shrubs, removed about 6 or 7 that was hit hard by the past winter and some just had gotten to big and gawdy looking. They put new mulch down and they always clean up and leave the property looking so much better than when they arrive. THe workers are always polite, very accommodating and very professional in their jobs. Hard working and seem to love what they are doing and who they are working for. My daughter recently moved her furniture to a storage unit after selling her house and looking to buy a new one. Since she is single, and I'm retired, she enlisted my help getting moved. I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. Both guys were respectful and took good care of our possessions. They worked non stop for 4 hours. They even let this old man talk their ears off! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

It started when I wanted to bring a particular pair of pants on a trip I was about to leave on. I used Yelp's "Request Pricing" feature to ask British Custom Tailors, along with some other tailors, if they would be able to handle my tailoring job within the week. BCT got back to me within the hour, and the next morning I was at the shop. This shop is near Holiday Manor, and it was neat seeing how it has an elegant showroom in front and then a larger area in back where the alterations are made. Men's suits seem to be their focus, so if that's something you're in the market for, definitely check them out. My pants were done less than a week later, and they were hemmed perfectly. I also got a text to let me know they were ready to be picked up. I'll definitely be back here when I have more alterations that need to be done.

I wasn't made aware of this until the order arrived from The Mower Shop. The inventory specialist at this shop undoubtedly dropped the ball on this one. Additionally, The Mower Shop defers it shipping to a company called Shopify. Accordingly, I received two different shipping charges for the three spindles. The Mower Shop charged me $82.19, and Shopify claimed I should have been charged $39.53. When I called The Mower Shop and requested a reconciliation of the shipping charges, the customer service agent disavowed any knowledge of the Shopify email sent me. Lana then became both argumentative and contentious over the issue. This is the result of a company who subcontracts their shipping responsibility to a separate company and then refuses to accept the errors of either The Mower Shop or Shopify. I recommend you find a Grasshopper sanctioned dealer who processes the order correctly AND does their own shipping to ensure the order is error free and requires few, if any, contacts between the customer and argumentative employees.

I called and asked if they sharpened push mowers…read more The guy who answered was very nice and ran down all the costs ($8 per blade, but an extra charge if they have to do x, y and z differently, etc). So I load up my mower and drive over there. Initially they are very nice and helpful, the shop is very tidy and well laid out, but the minute I open the car hatch he says "oh don't even take that out, we don't service that brand" WHAT At no time was I ever told there might be a brand they don't service?? Then he sends me 7 miles in another direction (to a shop where they took the mower from me no problem). An absolute waste of my day. If someone calls to ask about service you might want to ask what brand they have so as not to waste someones time.
