I called AAA for help getting my car out of a mud hole--what looked like a puddle was a lake. Guy from Jackson's calls me telling me it's going to take a couple of hours. He warns me AAA may not cover the cost. Fine. Come pull me out, I've got a credit card. Two hours go by, nothing. So I call AAA because Jackson's isn't picking up the phone, can't leave a message, won't reply to text. AAA tells me Jackson's has CANCELLED my order because I couldn't send photos of the car due to weak cell service. Nobody bothered to tell ME I didn't have a tow truck on the way, they just canceled. So incredibly unprofessional and another hour waiting for a tow, car sinking deeper in the mud. Flipping shameful. read more

We had a flat tire on 220 south 74/73, we had issues with the first service provider that road side assistance tried to send us. They kept making excuses, originally said 45 to 75 minutes. After a very stressful 4 hour wait on the side of the interstate, State Farm got in touch with a local provider Jackson's Body Shop. A very knowledgeable and polite young man named Dalton called us on the phone and assured us he was on his way ASAP. He showed up in less than 20 minutes replaced our tire with the provided donut and stressed it was very important not to continue our trip with that type tire, they were made for short low speed travel only. Not only did he locate a hotel that was near by he had us follow him to it because by now it was pitch black and 11:00 o'clock. My wife said Dalton was our guarding angel and so sincere and trusting. We hit a deer around 10 PM on a Sunday night with our Honda Pilot while driving through N. Carolina. My battery light came on shortly afterwards and we pulled off at the Biscoe exit. In the parking lot of a Bojangles, the Pilot died and we called AAA. 5 minutes later Barry Jackson pulled up. He was friendly and got right to work. The car was undriveavle, he suggested a nearby hotel that was dog friendly and he towed the car there. The next morning we contacted our insurance company and told them about Jackson's Auto Body. They contacted Barry and he agreed to have the Pilot towed all the way to southern Florida. The next morning the car was at the collision center by 6:30 AM. I would have happily agreed to let him fix it but we followed the guidance of our insurance company. Thank you Barry and I highly recommend his services. read more
