Great service, extremely helpful, patient, superior to a dealership. Will absolutely return for future auto service.

She has a dog in the lobby barking and jumping up while I was holding my dog. She doesn't control her dog. She says her dog doesnt like other dogs and he will bite her. I said so I cant wait inside she said no. I said where can I wait. She said "I dont know but you cant stay here". I went outside and waited in a gravel parking lot for a ride. She never came out to get the keys. I had to open the door and toss them in. She treated the shop as her home and not a place of business. she could have brought the dog behind the desk and i could have held mine. It would have solved the problem. They should expect customers to walk in and shouldn't allow a dog that bites loose in the lobby. Her attitude wasnt just rude but plain mean. These are the facts. You make your own decision.

Mike's does that for me as I have seen it covered with a work blanket to protect the finish. Had once instance in which it would not start and rather than having it towed, they sent a mechanic to my home (1.5 miles away) to investigate why it would not start. Very pleased with their work and the cost!! Will be bringing my other vehicles there from now own.
