I love writing reviews when I'm pleased with the service I pay for. Here's the deal, people. The new owner is changing his strategy for car-washing. When I complained that my car was sitting for over 30 minutes and no one had touched it, he relayed to me that his cleaners work in "teams", one car at a time, so they get the special attention they need. Unfortunately, the car in front of mine was getting the "Ultimate" package, so that means a much longer wait time for me. Seriously?? The manager promises that you'll notice a big difference in how much cleaner your car is. Yes. I noticed that no one bothered to wipe down my panoramic sunroof. Just left all of the water spots to dry on the roof. I wanted to drive back to show the manager his "new and improved" service, but I never intended on sitting at the car wash for so long, so I needed to get home. I wiped the roof down myself. But wait, there's more. I told him that his "team" was out there yucking it up, chatting, laughing, and working as slow as molasses. His response was, "shouldn't they be enjoying their jobs?". Yes, that would be nice. But when customers are on busy schedules, the last thing they want to see is a bunch of guys that all look like they're taking casual, relaxing breaks. They should be doing that in an employee break room. So no, new owners, I can't give you a positive review. Drove up, wanted a basic wash and my carpets/floor mats shampooed. Employee printed out a receipt for over $300 up-selling what I wanted for complete exterior interior detailing. This is a joke. Unfortunately I was in a bind as I was leaving town the next day. So when I questioned everything he eventually said the car wash was $39.99 and to get the carpets and floor mats shampooed it would be another $49.99. When i spoke to the manager about what happened all he would do was offer me a free car wash. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here today. This place is a rip-off. You can check almost any other auto detailing service and you can get a complete interior detail for $79.00. read more

I just wanted to get my car vacuumed out and washed. Ron (sales guy) said I and going to give you a deal! Was sold a detail... Promised this and that deal and because I am a mom I'm going to throw this in.... And do it in 45 minutes. 3 hours later got my vehicle and it was not complete. I questioned them on the spot. "That's not what you paid for ma'am" I got from the girl. No ownership. Called in to talk to the manager. Quoted what I was sold and got immediate attitude. At the end of the call got an I'm sorry. Got an annoyed attitude again when I brought my vehicle back for them to take care of it. The detail manager called me up to the counter (Elijah) while calling another customer saying their car would be late because he has another customer's car to do". Then told me "I'll take care of it myself". Advice to give them- when your sales people don't do what they say they will you should own it and make it right without giving the customer attitude. You should make sure people leave feeling like they are being taken care of, listened to and hey sometimes we make mistakes but we will own it if we do. An apology doesn't mean much when you can tell they don't really care. I WILL NOT ever come back again. Ever. And I will tell everyone I know to stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Service at car wash in past has been ok but nothing special, but today I really felt like there one an only customer. This guy was very professional and had a big old smile the whole time. Never again. Used a voucher my car dealership gave me after an oil change. Told the Jackson rep after his up-sell I wanted nothing additional. While walking inside I see my receipt says a higher tier wash and charge. I go back to him, show him the receipt and told him again I only wanted what's on the voucher. His reply? "Pssh. It's only ten bucks difference. You get that, we're not gonna do as good a job." Whats that supposed to mean? Now upset, I told him again to just give me what's on the voucher. He said "now i'll have to scratch off what I wrote on your window." Again, WHAT?? I spoke with the manager. He said I didn't have to use fowl language (I admittedly used the "S" word, my bad). My reason for speaking to him was only to let him know after almost ten years of using this facility I'd be taking mine and my wife's vehicles elsewhere. The manager's response? He said, "...sorry" and walked away. So did my family's future business. read more

Worst full service car wash I have ever experienced. I stopped by for a wash while on my way to the airport. Airport is about 30 minutes away and figured maybe the wash might take 30-45 mins as they were not busy. I had time to kill. Wrong! I waited in the finishing area while watching several cars that came in after me were done and left, I watched three guys drying and working on the red Kia Stinger in front of my car, they were treating this car like it was a Lamborghini going to a car show. So after watching this show for 25 minutes, the car left and my car was next. The one guy working on my car put about 5 minutes effort into it. I assumed they did what is expected of a full service car wash. Again I was wrong. After picking up my guest at the airport I realized there were french fries on the rear floor and crumbs in the seat apparently blown out from under the seat after the vacuum, they were not there prior to the wash. I always do a quick clean up of any trash before a car wash.The windshield was fine in the middle but the 6 inch perimeter around the outer edge was totally missed. The guy that vacuumed the car is the same that did the inside windshield. He appeared to have a poor attitude or having a bad day. There was streaking on my trunk lid and rear bumper as well. I called and asked to speak with the manager and the person I talked with said they would return my call. That never happened, I see why the employees have the don't care attitude following their managers failure to respond to a customer complaint. Taking the easy way out. So much for customer satisfaction. I will never visit this location again. I always have a great experience at Jacksons on Market street. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I don't ever right bad reviews due to karma. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. And I have given this car wash many chances. I pull up in my Nissan GTR, on a Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly not busy at all. There was one car in front of me that pulled in and that is it up front where they write the ticket. I pull up and not even in park yet one of the workers knocks on the window and asks "what do you want?" And I simply said hand wash. After 7 minutes of waiting I get frustrated because there is 5 people standing around in a circle talking and no one is helping or acknowledging the fact that I am there. I finally decide to reverse out of there. No one even cared to stop me as I'm reversing. So I got out and said my 2 cents on how they are standing around and not doing anything and can't even help a customer. And that is what there paid to do. Still no acknowledgment. I pulled to the side where the dry the cars. And all the workers came right up and the manager that was on duty that day was a really nice guy and helped me out. But still no car wash from Jacksons went to cobblestone instead. read more

So disappointed after I purchased a VIP wash for $24.99. They did not fully wipe down the inside of the vehicle and the windows when I pulled away were not clean. They must have used a dirty rag on the windows, as there were streaks everywhere. I tried to go back, but the line of cars in the bay was so deep that the management stated that I would have to wait and get in line to be redone. As a customer that spent $25 (and I gave the crew a tip of $5), It did not meet my expectation. I even purchased a "full detail" to be done at a later date. I am calling the owner after the holiday weekend to discuss. Obviously, the guys at the beginning of the experience are good salesman but the finished product is substandard. read more

I also would give them a ZERO!!!! The last couple times I had to train the attendant. Last visit was earlier today. The interior windows are always forgotten, the tires were dripping with dressing and I had to tell the guy to wipe them off again. Where is the manager? Where is the quality control? I totally blame the management for terrible customer support. If my business was run this way, I would be fired. Start paying attention before you lose all your business. Lastly, they need to review their cleaning process, there is no reason it should take over an hour to clean the car, busy or not. Especially when they're only completing 1/3 of the cleaning. WARNING: DO NOT BUY A PRE-PAID DETAIL AT THIS CARWASH. Waiting on hold right now after asking if I could come in to have my car detailed. "Is it pre-paid?" the cashier asks me. "What's the difference?" I ask. "If you pre-pay you have to make an appointment." So, let me get this straight. Once they have your money, they really don't care about servicing you in a timely way. She then tells me they are booked two days out. It's Friday-they are open seven days a week-so that means Sunday, right? Nope. It means Tuesday. Apparently the day she quoted changed after she looked at her appointment book. When I expressed my frustration, she said the sales guy should have told me about the delay if you pre-pay. Yeah. The slick guy that sold me the detail missed that "detail". Why would I possibly want to pre-pay so that I could become less important to satisfy? Poor math skills and poor customer service. Yet another one-star review for this carwash. Wish I would have checked YELP beforehand. read more

I took my car there just as I do every week with my fastpass. The wash I received is the $20 inside and out clean (if purchased without the fastpass). When I went to leave, I noticed the passenger seat still had dog hair on the leather seat, on the floor mat and center console. I called back over Juan (the Facility Manager I believe his tag said) and pointed it out. He said that "dog hair requires a special treatment with a rock sir". I told him there is hair on the leather seat even, it's obvious this car was never vacuumed. He took his rag, wiped down the seat and repeated that a vacuum wouldn't take out the dog hair. I challenged this and told him that was ridiculous, that is quite literally what vacuums do. I have a normal vacuum at home that picks up dog hair all day long without any effort. After more arguing back and forth about the ability of a vacuum to pick up dog hair, he said that I can take it back around and they will vacuum it again but "the dog hair wont come out sir". I drove to the self service vacuum, spent around 30 seconds to a minute vacuuming and literally all the dog hair was gone when I was done. I immediately drove back to Juan and showed him that it took me 30 seconds to do this so it's obvious my car was not vacuumed properly. If something gets overlooked and rushed through, that doesn't piss me off. I just expect to address it and it be rectified. The part that really pissed me off about this whole exchange was Juan standing there and arguing with me that a vacuum can't pick up dog hair. He was just being lazy and insulting telling me that I need to pay for an additional service to pick it up without even trying to see if it can be done. Piss poor customer service. I feel bad for any other customer that just trusts what Juan says and gets ripped off in the process. Hopefully that will be my first and last encounter with him. This entire exchange happened just after 12:00pm on Friday the 29th if you would like to pull of the camera footage. read more

I had a horrible experience. I paid the $19.99 deal which the salesman sold me that it will be clean the interior and spray all the vinyl. I watched my SUV being vacuumed with the exception of the rear cargo area which they didn't even open. I approached the guy taking the car to the wash bay and his response was that the vacuum guy didn't speak English. :( After the wash the two guys drying it also missed the rear cargo area and when I told them, they denied and did only the inside back window. None of the back vinyl was cleaned and neither the hatchback door. I left the place and realize that the writing on the window from the salesman was still in place. I had to return and have them clean it off. No manager that I could find to loge a complaint. Now I also found out that the vanilla smell I asked was never applied in the interior. I'm a very unsatisfied customer and I will not recommend it. read more

I have lived in CA, CO, TX and now AZ, and this place is by far the worst car wash place I've been to. This place was recommended by an LA Fitness manager in Mesa, AZ. My wife took our minivan here to get it washed and have the inside vacuumed. She also paid $20 to have the seats vacuumed and wiped down. These guys did a horrible job! There was so much that they obviously did not vacuum, including the floor, under the seats and the crevices in between the seats. The third row seat had not even been touched. My wife made a complaint. She was told that this facility does not have the necessary equipment to clean in between seats! This is incredible, especially since they charge to clean the seats! The representative actually referred my wife to the manual cleaning stations so she could clean in between the seats herself. Of course, they kept our money. I have pictures of the "cleaning" they did do on the seats that shows all of the crap they left on the seats. I'm leaving this complaint with the LA Fitness manager who referred me so he can stop referring people. read more

I went in to to get an express wash and the touch screen was broken. I got out of my car to ask the employee if I could get my car washed still, and he completely ignored me and walked away. I stood there for another 5 minutes and after I know he heard me trying to ask him a question I was ignored still. On May 3rd at 315 pm, I experienced the worst customer service ever from the staff at this car wash. The car wash staff was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, unproductive and displayed Misogynistic actions toward a customer. Unfortunately the customer was a regular and experienced this type of poor mannerism and behaviors from the staff every time. All because she purchased an $40 membership and chose to drive her vehicle through the car wash instead of having one of the staff members. Car wash staff "bullying" their customers. I agreed to support my fellow consumer and never do business with any Jackson car wash again. The staff does not demonstrate common courtesy or decency. The management team was fully aware of the customer preference and was accommodating. This wasn't the issue. It was the actions and behavior of the guys drying the vehicle that was not appropriate, unnecessary and just wrong. Disrespecting any person is never justified. read more

My visit was basically the worst visit I have EVER had at a car wash. I have a 2016 Silverado, not a cheap car by any means. And I always get it hand washed. I ended up being there for 40 minutes before it came out of the wash. Comes to find out they completely forgot about my truck and just had it sitting there. When they were bringing it to the lanes for the detailing part of it, they hit and broke off my driver side mirror on their pillar. I have no mirror now on my truck. And they told me it will take 2 WEEKS just for the district manager to even get it touch with me. And just for icing on the cake, they would NOT give me a refund or any free washes. Which even if they did give me a free wash I would never go back because even the wash they did the day it happened sucked and had water spots and bugs all over it. Would never recommend it to any of my friends or enemies. Terrible place and will use their services again. read more

I brought my SUV in to get the VIP wash, and paid extra to have all car mats washed, as well. They finished very quickly, which I thought was nice, and a young man said that they scrubbed and washed all the mats, and tried to really hard to clean them up (which I appreciated). I gave him a $5 to and left. However, as I was driving, I noticed that the dash and console was still dirty and dusty, but my floor mat (beneath my feet) had been washed (it was clean and damp). When I got home, I looked at the other mats, and realized they never even cleaned or vacuumed them. They only washed the driver's mat. The other mats were dirty and dry. I live 25 minutes away, but I was so hurt that I was lied to. I drove back, and told them that the other mats had never been washed or vacuumed. Another young man, who looked so nice, yelled at me that those stains wouldn't come out with a wash anyway. I politely told him that I paid to have them washed (whether the stains came out or not), and that I needed him to actually wash them. They proceeded to wash them all the mats, and the stains did come out. However, it was such an awkward situation. They totally lied to me, then yelled at me when I came back. I didn't bother to mention to them that the interior was still dirty. I just wanted to leave. Be careful if you go to this location. Gosh, I wish I could get the $5 to back. read more

**Public Service Annoucement**... Jackson's Car Wash Issue.....for those of us that drive Ford Explorers which a bunch of my friends do... either know your key code or take 2 keys. They successfully locked my key in my car. I saw it sitting with a rock under the tire (not exactly reassuring) just outside the car wash automated thingy. I asked someone about it and the guy asked if I "had the key?" Hello.. the key is in it. He said he could use a lock out kit to get into it. Not feeling a warm and fuzzy with that process and not wanting the chance of my car or window getting scratched I said no, I will get someone to bring me the other key. While waiting, I decide to go in to ask if they are going to comp this wash or give me a free one or something. A manager steps out of his office before I can make it to the cashier and asks if everything is ok. I told him that mine was the car with the keys locked in it which, by the way takes some effort since the car senses where the key is, inside or outside the vehicle. He then asks why I waited if I saw my car there and why I didn't say anything. Really??? You're serious right? I just happen to see mine through the sea of cars and then did say something. He said they announced it... NOT! As the discussion now becomes a yelling match, yep yelling match with the manager and I'm getting no where I then walk back to the seating area and wait for My daughter to bring me the other key. I then asked a few patrons if they heard any announcement made. They said no. I was afraid I was going to have to get my hearing checked but luckily that wasn't the case. Another manager approaches me and I explain the story. After listening he says the 1st manager is having a "bad day". smh I guess so and as a manager he should know how to separate his bad day from my situation and at least do something to compensate me or at the very least admit they blew it. Nope, both managers where not about to admit fault. The best of the entire story is that after telling them NOT to use a lockout kit on it and them being fully aware I had someone bringing the key ... I look over and my car is being pulled up to be dried. SERIOUSLY!!! I said NO to the lock out kit. Beyond irritated right now. Not a fan of Jackson's Car wash right now. Grrrrr. Not the manager did say something about the car automatically locking itself and that wasn't their fault. That they put on the hazard lights that should override it. I have never had an issue before. Just bothered they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or at least give me a free wash. I did wait twice as long as I should have and as a side note they could have been drying the outside and doing the windows and tires while it was there. That didn't happen either. read more
