Came in for a oil change and was told 15 minutes. Been here 45 minutes and they walk in with my cabin air filter and it looks like they destroyed it. He tried to tell me it came out like that. Highly doubtful it did. More like you struggled to get it out and destroyed it in the process . Now I have to pay an extra $40 for something that was not really needed. If I could give this place zero stars I would. What's sad is I've been going here for a long time now. I've brought several new customer in for them because of my past experience but recently there has been a change in management and so this next part happened. I took my truck in to get a hand wash. They wear shirts that say "we baby your baby", which is a lie by the way. The manager, I want to say Ben, was drying and cleaning the truck. He was working with someone else and when they called me over to get the truck something told me to take a look around. I had a large scratch on my passages side door that went from one side to the other. I brought it to the managers attention which at the time I wouldn't have know he was a manager because he just passed the problem off to someone else. Then after another 20 minute of waiting to see if the can fix their mistake on MY TRUCK they still couldn't. There was a man helping me who does detail normally and he was great. He told me he would get the manager so he could help. I tried to explain that the scratch wasn't there before I came in and as I was still talking he interrupts me. He stated there is no way they did that and they just hand washed four cars and mine is the only one with scratches. Umm, what's the point? Is this how they train their managers? I wanted the information to file a corporate complaint and he took his time getting it. He was a complete jerk and lazy about the entire process. I then was told I could get the GMs phone number from someone else. I asked to speak to a different supervisor because the last one was no help. They brought the same one up and he hid in the back and wouldn't speak to me. He made his employees give me the information. Want to know what's worse? I found the exact same scratch on my drivers side. It's not me that did this. My truck wasn't hit by another door. This happened at this car wash and I have yet to get a response. I left a voicemail for corporate hoping the would call so I could avoid this review but they didn't and it have been about a week and a half. The manager shouldn't be a manger. He cannot handle conflict, his employees don't respect him and I know this because I heard them. The cashier was cussing us a storm the entire time. Lack of professionalism in this building and not one person will take responsibility. I gave them a second chance after the last hand wash I got there. The "cleaned" the truck and it came out on the line with dirt on it still. It looked awful but not one employee did anything. It took me walking out on the line and saying something. Take pride in your work. Put the proper people into leadership positions. Take responsibility for your wrongdoings and make them right. Quick and easy and did a great job. Everyone we interacted with was very polite, friendly, & helpful. The interior was thouroughly clean and vacuumed. The exterior was cleaned of all the loads of bugs we had in the front from a long road trip. They even offered to try to remove old damage from seagull poop that sat too long and wrecked the paint - buffed it at no extra charge. That is awesome service, in my book ! I've been coming here for years since it was Dani's Car Wash... It seems every time I am disappointed with my services but today was worse than ever. I paid for a full interior and exterior detail and wax and an oil change. It took about five hours and once they were completed and I went to pay for my services they charged me for something they did not even do, and had to adjust the bill, and then told me they saw some things my car needed upgraded so they went ahead and installed new parts for me without my permission. Had they called me and let me know "Hey your car needs this it's an extra $20 is that alright?" I would have been 100% okay with that as I take very good care of my car... But the fact that they didn't ask permission to tweak things on my vehicle got under my skin but I bit my tongue and paid the extra $20 charge on top of all the other services I paid for... When picking up my car from the service men, my key was covered in a disgusting brown gunk that got all over my hands and my clothing. I couldn't even believe it! I just spent so much money there and this is how they treat their customers!? I have attached pictures because it was literally just so gross. I will never go back again... Sad how many bad reviews are on this place, I hope others think twice before going here by learning from my mistake!!! read more

Terrible service! The cashier was too busy complaining about her job to her co-worker to even acknowledge me - had not problem taking my money though! Apparantly she had to train another MALE and was not happy about it. One hour and twenty minutes latter my truck was finally done. The floor boards were not cleaned, they did not vaccum under the seats, there were still droplets of water on the truck and water stains everywhere from sitting out so long. I can not believe I spent $25 for such awful service. Oh and the outside molding on my truck was hanging off - I went to put it back in and the outside manager did not even bat an eye! It took so long to get to this point that I left without complaining, I just wanted out of there before I lost my cool. I pre-paid a detail package that same morning and the manager wasn't going to refund it. He finally did but was completely rude about it. Ita very hard to schedule a time and when you arrive foe the svc they tell you everything not included so they can go well you. Was told at time of purxhase it included hand wax but they tried do an upsale for this at time of svc. Worst service for the expensive price you pay! My husband took my truck in to the Gilbert location and paid for the Ultimate car wash $40. You would think that they would actually wipe my leather seats and vacuum the interior for that price. They advertise that they do. Well, not today! My husband who obviously doesn't notice much brought the car home and didn't say anything. My seats were filthy and I had to vacuum the the entire car! The cup holders had not been touched and none of the trim in the tailgate had been wiped. I had no time to go back and complain because we were leaving for a trip. This is not the first time this has happened to me but usually, I point things out that haven't been done to the workers while I'm there (I shouldn't have to at those prices) and they take care of it. For the money we paid there should be nothing left untouched in the car. Avoid this car wash like the plague. Unless you have minimum of 35 minutes and are willing to pay more than $17 to watch them chit chat slowly while you sit there, you will be left unhappy. I'm kicking myself for not checking Yelp for reviews before going here today. Awful service. I really don't like giving low scores (check my history) but i have to warn others. I was treated disrespectfully by everyone i spoke with. They misrepresented the offer, tell me it's all my fault i didn't understand. They said I'd get a free car wash with today's wash and a free wash with the detail. So I'm thinking 2 free washes on top of today's wash and the prepaid detail on my other car i said I'd bring in later today. But after paying and asking for my 2 free car washes i was told i misunderstood. He said 1 wash was today's and the detail is the other wash. What?!? Does a detail not come with a wash? Why did he make it sound like i was getting something for free when clearly i was paying and paid ALOT!!! So i asked to cancel the detail and just pay for the wash currently being done. Sounded reasonable since it was just minutes prior. Completely unwilling to cancel it and insulted me further by circling "all sales final" which they gave me AFTER paying. That's when they give you the fine details, which also included you need to schedule your detail in advance about a week ahead (did i not tell him i would be back later that day for the detail?). Four months months ago, an employee there attempted to sell me a new windshield for a small Crack I had on mine. I refused. I already had an appointment elsewhere. Same guy took a customers car and was attempting to back up out from the car wash line but he crashed into the wall. He came out looked around to see if anyone noticed as if he wanted to get away with that. He noticed I was watching and he then seemed extremely stressed and walked inside to inform customer and manager. That should have been a warning sign for me because today was ridiculous. I pull in to an immediate attempt of an upsell. I ordered $14.99 basic wash and l also requested them fill up my tank for gas. He wanted me to get unlimited washes for a month for $30 every month. I politely refused. I get it. I'm a salesman myself. He hands me receipt. Places another receipt on my dashboard and he writes my order on my back window. He tells me to pull into the line. At this point I'm expecting someone to take my car. Another employee guides me and instructs me into the wash. After I notice that there is an express lane for customers wishing for the $3 exterior wash only. I realized they made a mistake and thought that's what I had purchased. Instead of driving off I pulled into the interior cleaning line. The workers were looking at me Confused. I explained what happened and they stayed that they will fix it and clean the car. I walk in paid the $40 and waited 20 minutes. It was not busy at all so since no one came in to look for me I walked out and did not see my car. Same guy walks up to me asks me for receipt. I hand him receipt and a $3 tip. He hands me keys. He tells me that my car is parked out in the parking lot that's not in their property but next to business next door. I walk over and notice the writing still on my back window. I drive up to them to inform. They wipe it off. I drive off to Germain and notice that my dashboard totally dirty and my carpet still unvacuumed. I made u turn and drove right to where I picked up. I explained the situation and he started to blame me for driving the car up myself. ( I thought we cleared that up when I first drove in) I told him I waited inside for 20 minutes and you didn't do anything to my vehicle. He simply walked away as I was speaking to him and instructed someone to take my car for vacuuming. Rude. I was fed up so I walked inside to complain to a supervisor. The girl at the cashier whom I paid for my service identified herself as a supervisor tried to defend her workers by saying the basic wash does not cover dashboard cleaning and mirrors. Say what? I had made a mistake on kiosk mostly because a sales guy was telling me about a special .im not blaming him however I said to manager that I made a mistake and he basically said so sad so sorry no refunds . Got my seats shampoo and car odor bombed today. Had a lot of dog n the back seat that needed to be taken care of. The detail also included a car wash of the exterior and interior. The front desk girls were friendly. They managed to finish everything in a little under 3 hours. When I went to inspect the car their was still dog hair left so I ask them to continue cleaning and they did with no problem. I know they couldn't get every last little hair but at the end the car was clean and smelled fresh. If you want to go get a detail get their at 7:30am when they open. I came in on Saturday to get a normal car wash and was initially impressed. They tried to sell me on a detail and I said I wasn't interested but Tony assured me he would make a note to focus on my console because it needed some extra cleaning. I went inside and paid $44 dollars for an "ultimate car wash" with extra detail, and waited an hour until my car was ready. I had to ask the lady if she knew if it was ready and she told me to go check outside and my car was parked in the back and no one had called my name to tell me it was ready. Then I got inside my car and my console hadn't even been touched and looked just as dirty as it did when I brought it in and my dashboard still had dirt marks on it. I was willing to give Jackson's a shot. They're no better than Danny's. Super high pressure! I had to tell the guy 3 times I didn't want the VIP. Even after that he wrote it on the window. I had to correct him again. If I wasn't vocal, I feel they would have screwed me. 45 minutes ago, I was told that my car would be ready in 20 minutes. Wow! They were way off. Still waiting. This is the first place ever to charge me for an oil filter on top of their already overpriced oil change. As I've been sitting here waiting on my car, it hasn't moved up in the line of cars waiting to get dried. But I did see a car with its plastic air dam ripped from underneath the it. The guys on the line were scrambling to fix it to no avail. Hey my car just moved up a spot. At this rate it will be Sunday before I get it. Don't ever go here. Dropped my jeep off to have it washed Picked the the VIP, the most expensive wash,left it with them for an hour and a half. Came back had to go back and have it re-vacuumed then had to vacuum it myself with their vacuum to get it clean. They complained they couldn't get whatever gum or substance that was on the side of the Jeep off with their solvents but I was able to scratch it off of my thumbnail. Never going back again. I love writing reviews when I'm pleased with the service I pay for. Here's the deal, people. The new owner is changing his strategy for car-washing. When I complained that my car was sitting for over 30 minutes and no one had touched it, he relayed to me that his cleaners work in "teams", one car at a time, so they get the special attention they need. Unfortunately, the car in front of mine was getting the "Ultimate" package, so that means a much longer wait time for me. Seriously?? The manager promises that you'll notice a big difference in how much cleaner your car is. Yes. I noticed that no one bothered to wipe down my panoramic sunroof. Just left all of the water spots to dry on the roof. I wanted to drive back to show the manager his "new and improved" service, but I never intended on sitting at the car wash for so long, so I needed to get home. I wiped the roof down myself. But wait, there's more. I told him that his "team" was out there yucking it up, chatting, laughing, and working as slow as molasses. His response was, "shouldn't they be enjoying their jobs?". Yes, that would be nice. But when customers are on busy schedules, the last thing they want to see is a bunch of guys that all look like they're taking casual, relaxing breaks. They should be doing that in an employee break room. So no, new owners, I can't give you a positive review.
