He possesses the perfect skills/qualities that are needed for this type of business! What I really appreciated about him and his co-worker, Siri, was their honesty. You can tell when somebody is BSing just to try to make a sale. But they answered all of my questions truthfully and without being pushy. How do I know they were being truthful you might ask. Well I asked them specific questions that I already knew the answers to and wanted to see if they were going to be truthful. It was my first time meeting and they now have earned my trust.
