John was also very kind, understanding and straight up. Jim and John both were very pleasing to work with. Efficient, organized and honest. Their manager however is another story, he is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Martin was nice yes. But, he was probably the most unorganized person i have worked with. Paperwork was not in order. We had our own funding and when we came in with the check to pay for our new trailer and trade in our 5th wheel. Our file was nowhere to be found. Jim came in on his day off to help, John did his best to have us sign all necessary paperwork. They both assisted us with the new hitch and helped us on our way. A week later, i got a call from Martin requesting that i come in at 2 o'clock to sign more paperwork that was missed and to give them the down payment check (they already were given this and it had been removed from my account already). When i arrived at 2pm to sign the remaining paperwork, Martin wasn't there. John had no idea why I was there. Martin hadn't even left Anthem yet knowing that we had an appointment to sign paperwork at 2pm that day. John was finally able to find out what paperwork was still needed and once signed I was on my way. This would have been a much more pleasant experience if Martin would have been more organized and respectful of our time by being prepared. I would highly recommend Jim and John for your RV needs.

They have a lot of business, and recently expanded to a new location. I needed to get on their schedule, otherwise I could have had them install and balance my new tires. I hope to have them do electrical upgrades and a welded coupler replacement in the future.

The frame on my 41' 2015 Winnebago was completely falling apart! Structural damage, exterior body coming apart, interior floor separation from the walls, sheet metal siding flapping in the wind(no exaggeration). All due to the structural damage that occured. She was in bad shape. Pin box was toast. Plus my upper deck pop out was completely jagged and not shutting correctly Mike is as busy as any other place around (don't believe me? Call around. Most places are either months out or just plain not accepting new clients, especially with as big of a job as I had). Mike and his wife Bridget saved our RV. The best part? He completed it before my due date! He finished it in just under two weeks!! And I'm talking full on grinding, welding, metal fabrication, reenforced plate welding, fiberglass pannels being replaced, exterior molding replaced, jockybox door to my generator being replace and my upper pop out being aligned and sealing properly. BEFORE ESTIMATED TIME! This is how you create customers for life. I will be towing my RV from Cotati, CA to CopperState RV if I have any major repairs in the future. All of the local guys in Sonoma county, CA are either booked or not up to par. It's worth the trip to get quality service done.
