Got and when I looked at the truck it was smoking they said that they had barley replaced the valve cover gasket 30 minutes ago yes 30 minutes ago, mind you this truck had been posted up for sale for more then a week and other people had went to look at it before me, I started asking questions because I was concerned with the smoke and why they barley did the cover gasket and the owner straight up told me if you don't like that car don't buy it, that is definitely not how you treat clients. This review is to aware others. My dad and I traveled from Nevada to Arizona to buy a truck. A day after the check engine light came on. We took it to our closest mechanic a few days later and unfortunately it was a $1k fix. We reached out to b&n auto sales to get a refund as It was under the 30 day guarantee and 500 miles. We sent copies of invoice and payment and were told they were going to review and give us a call back. We tried reaching out multiple times leaving messages and no call back 3 months later. I explain to him the situation he says let me call Bobby. I told him I'm here and title person is here can we get this done. Brother tells me that Bobby needs to be there. Takes my number and says Bobby will call me back. I have called Bobby on his cell phone and left messages...Week later no response... Be cautious of any deals made with these guys. I bought a work truck from this dealership a few months ago to start my business. I started having trouble with the truck a couple weeks after I bought it, called them and they told me to take it back, came to know it was transmission problems. They kept it for a few days and told me it was fixed, got it back and it started pulling/bad shifting even more. So I called them back and I mentioned to them that it was doing it again and Brett sounded annoyed and told me to bring it back and just hanged up on me. How do they expect for me to drop all my scheduled work with out even offering to help with a reimbursement for a rental or loaner truck. I just started my business I can't go without a vehicle. And on top of that, the truck has 3 different size tires with different tread! Safety Hazard! When I'm on the freeway it starts shaking like crazy when going over 65 MPH. I wouldn't recommend this place at all it's been almost a month and still no call back! read more

About 2 weeks ago we purchased a used Transit van for our business from here. They had several options to choose from and they were kind enough to negotiate on price a little to help us meet our budget. I wish I could give this place a no star review. When I first walked in they asked me what I was looking for and I told them I saw one online and wanted to look at it, the man gave me the keys without saying a word and went right back into the back office. I went out to look at the truck when I put the keys in and there was a check light engine on, I told the man to which he replied "it was the gas gauge" ha no it wasn't. We saw that bumper was scratched up and about to fall off. We again mentioned it to the guy who said "no it's a piece of plastic" and proceeded to pound the piece of the bumper back into place, to which it fell out of place again by the time we were done talking. We asked if the bed was an after marketed bed to which he said "no we don't buy after market" needless to say, we looked on the side of the building to where we found a truck bed leaning against the building.
