I reached out to a couple different detailers on Yelp and James was the fastest to respond to my initial inquiry about services he provides, and always responded to my other questions in a timely manner. His pricing was more than reasonable so I decided to go with him. He arrived on time to my house, was friendly and professional and got right to work. James did an interior and exterior detail with seat and carpet shampooing and let me tell you, I almost don't want to sell the car it looks so good. He got a stain out of the backseat carpet, the seats look brand new, the door handles, shifter and steering wheel looks as though nobody has ever touched them, and the inside smells great to boot! The exterior was also given the same level of attention; he brought the plastic trim back to life, the tires and wheels look like they just rolled off the showroom floor, even the mud-flaps were conditioned back to their black shine! I can't tell you how happy I am with the result and the value that James provides can't be beat. We're selling the truck, but the Prius we are keeping, and the SUV we're buying to replace the truck will only be detailed by James. Thousand Oaks Auto Detailing is priced very reasonably, I decided to go with them for my first time detailing my car. Victor was very communicative when booking a date via call and text! When the day came, Victor and his team arrived 30 minutes earlier, but let me know that I didn't need to rush if I wasn't ready. Once I got all my things out, they went straight to business. The team was very thorough and Victor was very honest on certain small spots I pointed out that he can't fix and didn't want to damage more if he tried which I totally understand.
