I stumbled upon this place thanks to a recommendation from a friend who got her window replaced here and when she told me the cost I was shook (because it was so low compared to quotes I had been getting from other places). I messaged them on yelp and got an immediate reply. The communication was amazing and consistent. They answered my questions, looked up my vehicle information with my VIN and gave me a quote. Imagine my surprise when they were THE BEST deal out of every place I contacted. And not only were they a great deal - they were literally 3x cheaper then what the dealer quoted me (I know I know - never get repairs at the dealership but still - that's an insane difference). I immediately booked with them. The whole process was seamless and professional. I dropped off my car in the morning, got a ride home and within three hours my car was ready for pickup. You really can't get this kind of price, quality, and timeliness anywhere else that I researched. Everyone was super nice too. Shoutout to Holly who handled the messages and was working the desk for check in and check out. It was just too good to be true. I had a crack from debris that came out of a flatbed truck. The crack moved quickly, growing about an inch a day. The crack reached the top edge of the windshield after a few days so I had to get it replaced immediately. Initial communication was fast and easy. Doctor Auto Glass made assurances and and gave me a fantastic quote. (I communicated with 5 other places and the pricing just couldn't compare. Doctor Auto Glass was 30-50% lower than the other quotes for an aftermarket replacement and calibration.) I made an appointment for the next morning and was told it would take about 90 minutes. As soon as I pulled in and got out of the car, they confirmed my appointment and four guys descended on my car to start immediately. It was all done in just over 30 minutes. (And the place was packed with other customers.) They honored the fantastic quote, they replaced it in less than half the time that was estimated... The price was so good and it was all done so fast, I couldn't help but be skeptical. It really was just too good to be true. I've since been able to test the calibration on the windshield and have gotten a carwash and there are zero issues. It's been a month and the windshield is perfect. I could not be happier or more thankful to everyone at Doctor Auto Glass. HIGHLY highly recommend!!!

I called 3 places who wanted insanely over $1K to replace and recalibrate my windshield. Most new cars have the electronic box for lane assist, cruise control sensors and heated steering wheel on the box mounted on your windshield. Well, here's the thing, having worked with many computer systems, shouldn't things get reset when you unplug and plug them back in? Why does anything need to be recalibrated from a hard restart? Mr. Pink's does not charge for that. Replace the glass, mount and replug in the electronic mount. Everything works great. Just as it did before the pinecone pounding. My new windshield was done and set in 2 hours. You guys rock, are honest, and don't rob people blind...especially women. We all know how auto places try to tell women we need extra services that are usually not needed or even made up. Thank you for acknowledging that women can know about cars and electronics as well as men. Quality, timely service, perfect glass and great mounting for a true value. First, I was having a fair amount of difficulty with my insurance company to pay my claim. Once Casey assisted me he had it completely resolved within two hours. I had been dealing with my insurance company for ten days. Second, his company had to send the car to Toyota for calibration. The car came back defective. Casey would not let my wife this car until the issue was resolved by Toyota. They did it free of charge. Casey did not want my wife to be stranded. Finally, when the Prius Prime, 2025, was returned back to his shop Casey stayed an additional one half hour as my wife was running late so she could pick up her car and return the rental car. The work on the Prius was perfect. It's beautiful. Casey kept us apprised nearly every day of the progress. I offer them an A+++ for customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. Thank you! It now seems that they partner with Elite Express Car Wash. I figured: why not use this voucher? I was pleased that there was an attendant as soon as you pull-up. Granted, he had to ask his manager how to apply the coupon's QR code, but that wasn't a big deal. When you pull up to the entrance of the drive-thru car wash, it's very important to note that if you have a Tesla, you cannot use the car's "Car Wash Mode" for the conveyor belt. You have to shift the car into neutral (apply foot break & gently move the stalk to upward to the Neutral position - if you have a pre-refresh model). I wasn't aware that the coupon included a free vacuum cleaning. Granted, that's on my, but a label on the QR code or even being notified by the attendant would be a nice heads-up. All-in-all, not a bad option, but I prefer to hand wash my baby myself.

Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Second, it was a green door, meaning, it was not totally cured and oozed out sap for 4 months. 6 months later, the door cracked. After several months, they agreed to a new door. When it came, it was not measured correctly so I had to wait another 6 months for the next door. so now the door is installed, I had to pay again to get it repainted. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

This place is the real deal! I've had them detail a newer SUV and a 12-year old sedan and both came back looking brand new. The attention to detail is impressive. I had ash and dirt from the fires back in 2007 in a car that had been neglected for the last 6 years that was still etched in my gas cap compartment and they got in there and cleaned it until it looked new! Jay said to come over, analyzed what was needed, had his guy do it right then. Said to call in two days if it was not gone due to being moist. If it was there still they would try a heat cleanse. I asked again if I can just have the front and passenger windows done without the rear he said, "if I was a nice guy". I said, "so you are not going to do it, because you are not a nice person". He said "correct, I am not a nice person". This is a heads up to anyone wanting to deal with someone with bad character. Crazy because I live in the area and this story will be shared with friends and family. A smart businessman would make it right, so it doesn't hurt future business. But I guess that would come from someone who is nice. Buyer beware!
