I messed with it for several months and then called Jim and discussed with him. He came and picked up the clock again. As mentioned, he has had my clock for eight months with no repair accomplished. There were no updates unless I texted or called him. His only response would be for me to be patient and that clock repair takes time. I've had many clocks and dealt with many clock repairmen and have never seen anything like this. I have also noticed several reviews similar to mine with people frustrated over the long waits and no intermittent updates after extended periods of time. I finally picked my clock up today and will take it elsewhere. The clock does not run at all now, so I have no idea what he has done. I would be very cautious about utilizing clockworks repair services and make sure that if he keeps your clock for an extended period of time that he will at least update you. I believe he has too many clocks and does not spend intermittent time on any specific clock to monitor time regulation and other issues issues he might be dealing with.
