They will put you in an inferior homeowner policy and then with major hail damage, the company would only pay us 1/8 of what all adjustors said it needed. We asked for help from the company owner and he said just call an adjuster. He couldn't be bothered I guess but he sure liked the commission off of our premium we paid. Come to find out this was a new company they were writing and they didn't even know the details of the policy and are now not using this company anymore for their clients homeowners policy. Did I mention we haven't heard a word from them to see how our claim has been going or our fight. We are on our own with absolutely no help or communication with them or from them. They allowed our insurance to expire, I do not have any sort of correspondence from them. Searched mine and my husband's emails to confirm. They called me at 5 PM on a Friday and left a message after my husband spoke with someone TWICE, giving HIS contact info, once requesting quotes we never received and again to inquire about the policy being cancelled. We pay via mortgage payment- how was it cancelled?! The insurance company sent us a letter May 25 saying we were canceled- but told me our broker had it OVER a month ago! We had no idea. Worst Customer service , Especially Sydnea Newland . I just wanted to go with another company because of better quote . So I asked her about the process of cancelling the policy while my claim is still in process. And you know what she said" YOU CANT DO IT". I said i checked with multiple people and insurance companies are pretty sure we should be able do it. She said" Are you agent ? or me ? Did you do the insurance course or me?" Don't trust this insurance agency, we were clients for 8 plus years and trusted that they were professional but we were ripped off!!! We sold our home and moved out of state, so we were relocating and obviously didn't need our homeowners insurance policy any longer. They were insuring our 2 vehicles when my husband was involved in a rear end collision (no fault) we were in the process of changing plans but waited for the case to close. We had updated all of our contact information and they continued to send notifications to our old home in Texas. We had an automatic payment agreement , that drafted from our checking account for $178.00 a month . Unbeknownst to us for 7 months they doubled the premium with out our consent and drafted $350.00 from us. NEVER contacting us to inform us of the increase while having our new address, email and telephone contacts. Negligent!!! We have asked for reimbursement for the over charges that we were taken out without our consent, but were told that it was not there fault. Don't trust Kyle Brown or Jeannette. read more

Been with the agency for many years and in the past five, every time we've had to make a change In coverage due to purchase of new car, new mortgage lender,etc., we have had issues with the agency getting the revisions correct and done in a timely manner. I put up with it because the owner seemed to be very concerned that his office staff wasn't doing a good job. Three months ago we refinanced the house and the agent was provided with the new lenders information immediately. Just learned today that the new lender has never been changed on our policy. When the owner received my text asking for a call tomorrow, he called me immediately and rudely asked "What is it this time???" From there the conversation went South in a hurry and he basically told me to find another agent because he didn't want my business. Each time previously that I had to call on an erroneous change in my policy he acknowledged that the issue was with his office. This time he just said he's tired of having to put up with my constant complaints about his office and to take me business elsewhere. I'm taking him up on it!! read more
