They also left behind pieces of flooring they had cut, dirt and debris all over our home. Our driveway had debris scattered all over it. Caulking was smeared on the brand new flooring and epoxy spots are everywhere on the flooring. It took us days to hunt down and scrub up all of the sticky spots and epoxy off of our counter tops. They completely ruined our kitchen chairs with epoxy. We didn't bother calling them because just basic phone conversations to confirm our appointments were a hassle. We hired this company for commercial work. They failed to submit before/ after photos along with a…read moremanager sign off preventing us from being able to bill our client. I sent multiple emails responding to their invoice inquiry, but they sat in their spam folder. I was verbally told they were leaving double negative reviews, strictly to get my attention. I have a recorded call from yesterday where they stated all this but refuse to be honest online. They purposely copy and pasted a negative review to apply twice against the company I work for. Per their contract with us, they receive payment 45 days from the date we receive their invoice OR when we receive payment from our client. I do not recommend getting involved with dishonest people who use the internet as a game to destroy other businesses. This company did not hold up to the terms of their agreement and are using the internet as a game of destruction.
