He shared that he can absolutely help and even better, with Invisalign which I didn't think was possible. He guaranteed a success rate of maybe 50-70% better than it currently is. That was more than I ever expected. In my opinion, his success rate was greater! Probably 85% better than it was and I just love my bite today. Love my smile. I have referred many to them since. Definitely choose The Hills, I am glad that I did. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and they are great at follow up. I was told 2.5-3 years, and was completed in about 1.5 years.

The consultation was pleasant with Dr Maruko and we thought we would go with her for our orthodontist needs, aligners and braces. When we received the quote, it was 40-50% higher than the quotes we received in Irvine and Newport Beach (other recommendations from friends). When we emailed the front desk to to ask why the big difference in pricing, that is when things went south. At first they said they just have better services, then when pressed further they said my wife needed a conebeam CT, radiology report, and a splint for TMJ. My wife has never had TMJ. We went back and forth with the front desk and even asked if we could have a call or come in to clear it up and discuss pricing. They said no and then we received an email that we should take our business elsewhere. Lesson learned: even if you ask nicely why the treatment is $12k, they will ultimately tell you to leave. Based on the recommendation, we are sure Dr Maruko is a good dentist, but you clearly have to be willing to pay a huge premium and not ask any questions about treatment.

So I went with them before knowing dr B. I've had to redo ALL the work. So my attitude hasn't been great prior to meeting this amazing office. It's been a lot of work between Dr. b and dr. Ringer my second half of my work. The patience and understanding has been record breaking but I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile Cost is worth it and very comparable with other ortho work.
