For the most part, when I'm looking for something, I tend to know which part of the store I'm going to, when I have questions, say in the plumbing department, the knowledge has been excellent. It was ambiguous but when one drives a number of miles and spends an hour to take advantage of a promotional item it is very disheartening to be refused based on a detail no customer could be expected to understand. After I made my case to Jeff the manager he agreed to honor the price as discounted by the promotion. After my…read morepurchase I went down to L and M Fleet supply less than a mile down the road and as I walked in there was a display outside with the same exact bricks for 0.74 cents less than I paid at the Home Depot. I called the Home Depot and asked them if they did price matching and they said no. It was a seventeen dollar difference. What a very rotten deal that is. I understand times are hard. But come on.
