The buffet offerings is a long line of dishes, so long that there's no way to see everything they have to offer before making a decision. I was only able to capture a small portion on video because I was being crowded by other ppl. There's definitely no time to ask questions and there are no labels saying what the various dishes were. Then when I thought it was my turn, the rude lady started helping the woman after me. Others were helping the ones that chose to not stand and wait but rather just walk up. When a young lady took pity and helped me, I just ordered the chicken soup because I was over the whole chaotic situation. If I wasn't so hungry I would have just left. Then waiting to pay I saw my love, Pernil, at the front of the line near the register. I would have loved to try it but knew I wouldn't get help plus I was over this place. My friend was over it too and just didn't order anything. Soup came with rice. It was fine but nothing to make me come back. My food was automatically packed to go, but I sat at a booth to eat. There are enough booths and tables there to eat, but I don't think they offer table service, at least on this day they didn't seem to. I just didn't enjoy the vibe here. Some of the workers are intense, rude, and clearly dont like their job. I like good customer service and I hate being rushed but the culture here just is what it is.

Service was great. At first there's was only one person but she did a great job serving everyone in a timely manner. It did take a while to get the food but I can understand why. Everything we ordered had to be made fresh and the food quality and presentation made it all worth it. We had seafood Paella cooked to perfection the seafood was fresh. churrasco was tender and juicy and yuca fries were crispier than I've ever had. The Mofongo trio was a delight of flavors. We're are definitely coming back with a bigger group. You can easily also order quick ready to go food. They had a great variety to choose from. So don't cook tonight and swing by to pick up your ready to go order.

One of my coworkers and I ordered from the counter in front of the restaurant which is where they had hot foods to go . Different choices to choose from besides ordering from the menu. I ordered Carne Guisada with a side of white rice and sweet plantains. And my coworker ordered Bistec Salteado con Arroz con Gandules and sweet Plantains. My dish was very flavorful with big portions and price for lunch was pretty good too. Gratitude was already included in our check since it was a group of 7 of us. I definitely left the plate clean! Very satisfied. Service was very good too! Other in the table had empanadas, plantain chips with salsa, Mofongo, a burger.. a variety of orders and food and we were all happy! It's a lovely place ! If you are in the area definitely grab food to go if you want to try or dine in and check out their lively space! Menu isn't huge but has great options!

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome, like you're a regular even on your first visit. The food is absolutely outstanding fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And I have to talk about that green sauce they serve on the side... whatever magic is in it, I could seriously put it on everything. It's that good. To top it all off, I tried their tres leches cake and it was perfection, moist, rich, and not overly sweet, just the way it should be. Amazing food, wonderful people, and flavors that keep you thinking about your next visit. Highly recommend!

Also we went at night and the food was dry-ish, plantains were not fresh and yammy as u love them. Oxtail was dryyyy. Yukka (for extra $2) was dryyy. From the meat options we got the best was chicken, chicken in my (super salty) soup was perfectly cooked. Grilled chicken was great too, juicy with crunchy skin. Beans were cooked perfectly. Too much rice in every plate and not enough beans though. I really do t know if during lunch time all that food was freshly cooked and juicy and just got dried up by dinner time. I might give it another chance if I am in the area and super hungry, cos it was generously served.

The inside of the restaurant is decently sized, clean, and even has a space where you can host a DJ, which is a nice touch. There was a slight language barrier, but it wasn't a big issue. I waited about 5-10 minutes for my to-go order since the hostess/server was the only one working outside of the kitchen staff. I ordered the MOFONGO MIXTO (Mixed Mofongo), which is crispy green plantains mashed with garlic and olive oil, paired with chicharrón, chicken, or cheese. It was solid--rich, tasty, and especially delicious with the salsa blanco, which was creamy and garlicky. That sauce was a first for me, and I loved it! While I've had mofongo that included rice and beans elsewhere, this version stood on its own nicely. A couple of notes: parking is a bit challenging, and I'd recommend placing your order through an app to help navigate any potential language barriers. Overall, a good experience, and I'd definitely give it another shot!

It is a family run establishment and having just opened, the place is super clean and super modern. There is a good amount of seating, so they can accommodate a large group easily. They are open late and on certain days, they have a DJ and the place turns into a club. The food was extremely fresh and is home cooked style. The chivo guisado was extremely juicy and the meat was so tender - falling off the bone. The pico pollo was great too and very well seasoned. Portions sizes were generous with very reasonable prices too. The staff are very friendly too. It's a nice place to come and enjoy some authentic Dominican food with some bottles of Presidente or cocktails. I recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.
