I purchased my first Jacquelyn Wigs piece in October 2014, and I was very happy with it. Eight years later, I came back to buy a new one the same style. This time, the whole thing was a disaster. First, the stylist had made a mistake by cutting too short one strand on the side and making it too short on both sides of the bottom line. This mix up required to add extra layers, and this job was my second disappointment, since these extra layers were losing the hair when I comb it. It was smart of me to check it before leaving salon. I visited Jacqueline's Salon because my hair was thinning and falling out due to medication. I could not recommend this establishment more highly. Sunita, a stylist there, was wonderful and saw me as a last minute appointment. She was absolutely fabulous. She assisted me with style, color, cut, and everything else everything from a to z. The most amazing part was that she took her time and did not rush me despite my indecision. Her patience was unsurpassed. I do not think I have ever had as kind or as patient a person work with me me anywhere. I was in some emotional distress due to my hair condition and she really went out of her way to make sure I was happy, even staying over time at work to accommodate me. (I don't think she makes a habit of this, but it was too kind not to mention.) The service was nothing short of exceptional. Sunita is highly talented. She picked a better color for me than I had originally chosen and cut and styled it to perfection. She is complete professional with years of experience and excellent ability in all area of her trade. The woman who sews the wigs (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also very skilled. Everyone in the salon was friendly and understanding. I have to mention that I first visited another very upscale store with celebrity pictures hanging everywhere and purchased a wig from them. Not only did I feel pressured and rushed, but the owner was extremely unfriendly and the wig I purchased (for several thousand dollars) was available at Jacqueline's for HALF the price. I was also told I would have to go back to get instructions on how to care for it and again to have it styled. I won't mention the name, but if ANY place rushes you LEAVE and go to Jacqueline's. Better yet, go there from the start! I will never go anywhere else. The selection was excellent for all hair colors, even better than the original store with the "big name" reputation. If I could give no stars I would....This is my response to George, business owner.. George, you do not have the facts. I owned the hair for around 6 months at which time I only wore the hair for 5 months. As far as "service" I had bangs cut into it . I treated this hair as I have always done with a great deal of care. I washed this wig 4 times in those 6 months and never combed or brushed while it was wet. Yes, Cheryn offered me your offer but honestly why should I have to pay for a product repair that was flawed to begin with? I have owned several of this same exact wig and usually get at least 2 years of use from them. Your manufacturer failed your company on this one. I will never buy another one nor will I recommend your product line to anyone. You really should look into what customer service really is ....With such a terrible experience it is only a matter of time before your business starts to see a drop in sales. read more

The people who work at jacquelyn wigs are so nice! Even though they knew I was not going to buy a wig Mia and Alan let me try a style on and helped me style it. I was thinking of going blonde and after trying on a blonde wig I decided against it. Mia gave me some great advice about what hair color would look good on me. Alan who I believe is the owner was also very kind. This is a great local business, with a nice store and good selection of wigs. I'd recommend anyone looking for a wig come here. read more

I recently got my wig at Jacquelyn, (men's hair replacement). Definitely good / recommended service, it was more expensive than I originally anticipated, but supposedly it will last for a lot longer than synthetics, (will check back in here in 6 months). Overall good experience read more

My experience at Jacquelyn's was hands down the best experience at a wig salon I've had thus far. I told the associate exactly what I wanted and she found the perfect wig in less than three tries.
