Started off with a 3-star review because I wasn't happy with the stylists. Finally found Liz, and discovered her to be one of the nicest, honest, most talented people there. Added a star for Liz. She was the only one who also would wash my hair. All other stylists refused and assigned a shampoo person (who caused pain WHEN PULLING OFF A UNIT). She was able to convince the store owner's mom (who was at the shop most of the time) to bring the price down to what competitors charge. During the pandemic, I asked for a shorter unit approximately 14 months in advance and asked for a refund on the price. The mother's response was to cause a scene, threaten me, and she refused to lower the price. No work on my unit was started at that time. - I waited for more than 14 months AFTER my order for the unit, which was plenty of time to change the order & alter the price to match competitors' prices.
