A beautiful farm with lots to offer. Flowers for sale, strawberry picking sign ups and an outdoor patio greeted you upon arrival. When I entered it had plenty of dine in seating. You go to the front counter and order your food and drinks. They have baked goods, sandwiches, quiche and even a variety of coffee just to name a few. I ordered a pistachio cheesecake latte, a sprinkle strawberry cookie, a strawberry breakfast bar and a feta, sausage & spinach quiche. Coffee was amazing, not to sweet, plenty of flavor and a great start to my morning. The slice of quiche was impressive and it was delicious after warming up and enjoying at work. The breakfast bar had no chance and was eaten as soon as I left the establishment and got in my car to leave. The cookie went to my daughter who had no problem devouring it and she thought it was so cute. No complaints everything was great. Overall just the cutest establishment, with lots to offer. Service was good and prompt and the ladies helped me decide on food that morning and got me up to speed quickly with the options they had available and that sold the most. Upon opening at 8am there wasnt many people and I was able to browse and order quickly as well. I have visited the farmers market numerous times, but on this visit, I enjoyed lunch with a few friends at their café. They have indoor or outdoor seating and it was a nice day so we sat out on the patio. They serve food until 2 PM, and it's a combination of baked goods and sandwiches. I found this place looking for fresh fall donuts, and they hit the spot. They were doing updates to get a bigger kitchen, so donuts weren't available early in the season, but they are there now! With the expansion of the kitchen, they can now make multiples of the amount of donuts they could previously, so they shouldn't run out! I remember the donuts being warm and soft when I came last year, but this year's donuts weren't warm-- could be because I came in the afternoon, could be because they are making more donuts. They have pumpkins, fresh apples and veggies, and lots of local Knick knacks through the store including jams, pancake mix, and the sort. Garb an apple cider slushee if you stop by. It's delicious! My neighbors and I decided to dedicate an entire Saturday in October to doing all the basic fall festivities. You know, carving pumpkins, eating pumpkin donuts, sipping on cider, etc. This place was recommended by a friend and without evening looking on Yelp first (shocking, for me at least), we made the twenty minute drive to Plain City to check it out. We arrived to find everything we dreamed of and more! We easily found parking out front and followed the signs indoors to grab some doughnuts. We shared a dozen, half glazed and half sugared. Both were amazing and dangerously good. We snacked on them all day long! Next we grabbed a wheelbarrow and started hunting for our pumpkins. I loved their selection of specialty pumpkins and gourds. So many fun ones to choose from. I already had giant carving pumpkins so I picked out a blue pumpkin and a light orange pumpy pumpkin. My friends on the other hand, each picked out a giant one to carve into. After snapping a hundred photos and filling up our wheelbarrow, we got in line and picked out a few goods. I'm a big fan of honey mustard so I grabbed that up along with some pumpkin butter. I've already tried both and they're delicious. Specialty pumpkins were about .80 per pound. Others were around .50 per pound. The goods were also super affordable. Between the fun photo ops and awesome pumpkins, the delicious doughnuts and locally made goods, this place is a five-star experience all the way. read more

I have heard great things about Jacquemin Farms so they were on my list of places to check out for a while. My husband and I decided to go there last Saturday. It's located in Plain City and easy to find once you get off the US 33 highway or if you live in Dublin, just take the back roads like me. There are signs leading up to Jacquemin Farms. Once you arrive if it's summer, you may want to check out the Farmer's fresh produce and market there. The other option is just to purchase the knife the cut the sunflowers like I did. I got 8 sunflowers for $10. Which was plenty and more as the pollen can come off easily either in the car or kitchen table so definitely store outside as a word of advice. I loved the sunflower patch as you saw in the pictures, my husband and I had a ton of fun. Mostly because we played with our cameras to make those amazing pictures there. I will definitely be back next year for more pictures and opportunities to enjoy the farm at Jacquemin. read more

Local gem! Our family ate breakfast here for the first time this weekend. We didn't know what to expect but we were overjoyed when we stepped in. The display case was filled with fresh baked cookies, muffins, scones, dessert bars, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts and pies. Our kids opted for some of these goodies but my husband and I went for the savory options. They have egg/cheese/meat breakfast sandwiches on ciabatta or bagels along with quiche and egg cups. A family member of mine is too nice to write this review so I'm going to do it for them. My friend went in to buy a large order of donuts last minute. My friend told the bakery staff she understood if the order was too large that they wouldn't allow her to buy that many donuts. The cashiers told my friend her order was fine and they would check to see what they had to sell. As they were boxing up their order the Bakery Manager came out from the back and yelled at them in front of everyone in the store. She screamed (rather than just telling her) that she needs to do a pre order, which is understandable but the behavior of the bakery manager is unacceptable. My friend paid over 100 dollars for the donuts so it's not like she didn't buy the products she asked for so what is the issue? I worked at bakery for many years and as far as I remember it was a first come first served. Disgusting behavior from someone who runs a bakery. Take your business elsewhere. In response to your answer. Such a pathetic apology. She stormed out of the back and was waving her hands. Control yourself. Other patrons in the store were wide eyed after the interaction and my friend was close to tears. My friend initially said she was completely fine not buying them if there was a limit. If that limit is true then why was her order being boxed in the first place before she was yelled at. Say what you want but at least own up to your rudeness. Other reviews point out rude behavior this isn't the first time this has happened. Yeah and my friend employers are my in-laws so let's not be throwing things around about employers on here. So what if you have a business relationship with her employers. Be kinder to people. read more

They opened up a dedicated bakery!! Love the donuts here! For years the donuts were just seasonal and was always disappointing when we were in winter and I couldn't get these delicious treats.... But now, they opened up a bakery full time and I am so excited! We live nearby Jacquemin Farms. Everyone raves about their fresh pumpkin doughnuts made onsite, but only on weekends. So I stopped by Saturday at 11:30am, they open at 10am. As expected, it was packed. There was already a very long line of customers waiting to weigh/purchase pumpkins they picked. There was NO separate line for people only wanting doughnuts. Mind you, it takes time to unload and load the pumpkins and weigh them. So I get in line (actually cut in without anyone noticing.....hey, I only wanted to buy doughnuts!). I waited 10 mins to get to the register to find out they are all out of doughnuts, and that it'll be at least 10 mins and you have to go through the line again!! What??? Genius idea.....if I did that, they would be out of doughnut by the time the line went through again! Not to mention, the ladies at the register were flustered and already impatient. What a poorly planned business. There should be a separate line for food. AND, most importantly they should be announcing that they are OUT of doughnuts so that people like me don't waste time getting in line for nothing. There was only 1 young lady making doughnuts in a small food truck like set up.....for the hundreds of people there! Great place for u-pick strawberries. You can bring your own container or they have lots of different types for purchase. Everyone is really friendly and they encourage you to taste the berries as they are picked. It can be tough on your back but the fresh, ripe berries are so worth it. When we pulled into the parking lot we were immediately yelled at by an older man for not parking correctly. He yelled at my friend and asked her if she could see the Orange lines on the grass. Very rude man! When I spoke to the lady behind the counter she became very defensive, asking If we were driving the right direction and told me that the man was her father and owner. Like that was supposed to to make it ok to address us this way. I told her that I'd doesn't matter if he is the owner or just a worker, it is not ok to speak to and treat customers this way. This place is a nice little hidden surprise. There is a pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins or they have a nice selection already brought in from the field. We went on a week day afternoon, so they didn't have any of their fall festival activities, however, they had large blow up things for kids. There were multiple school type groups there. There is a small store with homemade jarred goods (jams, apple/pumpkin butters, pickles, honey, salsa, etc) and plenty of fresh produce. They also had cooking suggestions for the produce. I'm handicapped use a walker, got there and panicked, the place was PACKED for a Friday morning. The kid directing traffic told me I'd have to park in next lot, but I found a handicapped space near store entrance. I am writing this review while at the farm. We just ate the delicious warm handmade donuts...and I can't stop dreaming of eating more. The kids are really enjoying all the kids activities...corn pit, hay maze, obstacle course, etc. we also loved the hay ride out to the pumpkin patch to pick our own pumpkins. Had a great time! We visited today to do some pumpkin picking and fall activities. They had hayrides out to the pumpkin patch and also had a play area for small children. It was getting a little "slim" picking in the patch but we had fun looking for our pumpkins. In the store they had great apple cider slushees and delicious donuts. Contrary to some of the previous comments, we found the staff very helpful and courteous. The checkout area was very busy but the girls behind the counter kept everything moving and we didn't have to wait very long to purchase our items.
