Basem is one of the nicest people I've met in the industry, honest, knows exactly what he's talking about, knew my measurements before he even measured me! I ordered a custom suit from him and the process was extremely smooth. Was able to come in and get my alterations done very quickly once the suit arrived and his customer service has been top-notch. Randomly found Jad Brothers last year for my son's junior prom and I am so happy we did. Great customer service, attention to detail, tailoring if needed. Store has tons to choose from. The owner and employee are both great to work with. Can literally put something together with style and class! We had a great experience last year, that we came back for senior prom and an additional jacket. I can't say it enough, Jad Brothers, truly exceptional. Pure elegance. Basem was so friendly and his attention to customer service didn't seem like it was a job or required of him. I think that this is the best Men's store in town. Period. I went into the Northpoint Mall on a whim when my watch needed new batteries. It was going to take 15-20 minutes, so I happened into Jad Brothers during the wait. I noticed they had a selection of cufflinks & studs sets, and I had been shopping on-line for a set with inlaid Peral for a gift, but nothing on line really stood out. It had also been a while since I had purchased a suit and was curious what prices were for Italian designed wool two pieces. Basem was working that day and was attentive on both counts. I mentioned what I was looking for and we began with the cufflinks. He brought out a set that was exactly what I was looking for: These silver links/studs had inlaid mother of pearl with a small faux diamond chip for extra sparkle. Beautiful. Even better, they were on sale for 30% off ! We then turned to suits. I told him I was curious, not necessarily buying today, but he helped me as though I was his best customer. He sized my jacket and pants size just by a single look - what skill - and we looked at a couple of beautiful suits. I decided to purchase the cufflinks (it was a no-brainer), and said I would likely return after thinking about the suits. I mentioned my experience to my wife, and she said "let's go back there now." Upon our return Basem was again very attentive, it's just the professional that he is. We tried nearly a dozen suits of various Italian designers and colors, and selected two that stood out. They were $595 & $695, but due to a buy-one-get-one promotion I paid $695 for both and Basem was generous in providing free alterations and two gorgeous matching ties. If you are looking for a no-pressure sales environment, with a very skilled proprietor, and a great selection at fair prices, look no further than Jad Brothers! Out of all the places I've been for, this place has been by far the most professional service I have ever received. This was my first time buying a suit and I had no idea what my true size was. I went to Dillard's to figure this out, and the only help I received was a 5 second measurement and I was sent out of their way to figure the rest out on my own. Jad, on the other hand, took my measurements while making it seem like we've known each other for over 15 years. He took the time to find the style I wanted and made sure that everything fit perfectly. A plus to this place is that if you have any clothes that need tailoring, they'll provide that service as well. This place was exceptional and I recommend it to all my family and friends. read more

Overall, I had a great experience. I rented a tuxedo, it came on time, he fixed the pants and vest when they didn't fit perfectly, and he was very kind the whole time. I want to first start off saying that I'll be sure to return to see Basem again! I was looking for a suit for myself for my wedding, and my fiancé and I really didn't know where to start. We went through a lot of different store reviews, and we ended up walking into Jad Brothers based on a lot of other people's great experiences. In all seriousness, this had been probably the best customer experience that I've had at any retailor. Sorry Basem, I'm setting expectations for everyone very high with you, but I'm sure that's not going to be a problem! Basem was very jovial and personable and really cared about finding something that looked great on me. As mentioned in other reviews, he knew my sizes just by looking at me and pulled out some options based on the very vague description we gave him of what we were looking for (trying to find something that complimented the emerald bridesmaid dresses). I put the first jacket on, and he said right away, "No, I have something that will work better." He had me put on the other option that he pulled out which ended up looking great on me. After that, he easily brought the rest of the pieces of the suit together. We had a short time frame to get the suit tailored, and he did the work himself to get everything ready in 3 days. To be honest, I will be wearing this for years to come (as long as I stay away from cake) because I don't think I ever had a suit as beautifully tailored as this one before. DO NOT GO. This store is a ripoff. I went into the store to purchase a bow tie. There was a large table full of them. When I asked the price, the sales clerk told me 3 for $35.00. I chose two. When he rang them up, he charged $30 each! One was marked $24.99 MSRP; the second was not marked at all, and did not even have a tag! The store has a no return policy, exchanges only within one week. I returned in a week to request a full refund of the unused bow tie that was marked $24.99 and charged inappropriately, and told the clerk I would keep the second. He agreed to refund me for the one bow tie; however, he stated I should "check my credit card statement, as there are sometimes issues with credit refunds". It is 6 days since I returned the bow tie, but no refund has appeared on my credit card account yet. I will have to go to the store again to request the refund, an extra trip I should not have to make. I want to charge for my time! I don't suggest shopping at this store. read more
