Moo goo Gai Pan. Note all of the mushrooms and the piece of undercooked chicken (cut it open) in the bottom left.

Jade China is a Springdale original. It's been around longer than I've been alive (25+ years). Containers are always overflowing, prices are better than most. That said, this place is terrible. I saw one review this place has been shut down for health violations and I 100% believe that to be true. This place looks like it could be completely infested with cockroaches and has not been cleaned on the inside.. ever. I've come a few times over the years and it's always just "okay". A convenience when you don't want fast food. That said, tonight will be my last time after having raw chicken in my meal. Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. It was HEAVILY mushroom. There were two baby corns, two snow peas, three small water chestnut slices, and the rest was mushrooms and chicken bits. The chicken is very questionable in what part of the chicken it actually was and a larger piece was raw (attached pic, kinda hard to tell). As others mention, I've gotten the regular cashew chicken which has a very slimey, reddish sauce. The sauce on the Moo Goo Gai Pan was also rather smiley compared to others I've had. Also got two egg rolls... they were odd tasting and the meat was definitely.. paste. They're def frozen and fried, not homemade. Kinda mushy. Pretty blah. Side note - as of November 2021, they are still drive thru only. I do appreciate they have a drive thru (and you don't have to call ahead).

One of the worst Chinese restaurant in the USA. They cook with a red sauce? Not sure what is about. The sauce smells fruity. I tried this place a few times before giving up on it. One time they served me freezer dried breaded chicken paradise. For better Chinese try the place with similar name as this one but located on Holcomb street.

Have been here several times while traveling for work. I always order online and pick up in the drive thru and have no issues. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The crab Rangoon are my favorite from any place. And the portion sizes - OMG - I literally could eat on one plate for several days.

    Dinner time!

TLDR; Do give this place a try at least once…read more Alright, never been to this chain and been curious and finally took the drive out to this joint and it actually blew my mind how good the food here actually was. I had low expectations for the place both because it just seems like an assembly-line kitchen and due to the fact that it's got lower ratings than other Chinese food joints in the area (I've written reviews for them as well) I guess call me crazy but this seems to exceed them all and makes it to be the top pick as our family loved our dinner. (It's also quite economical, as you get a decent amount of grub for 10 bucks a plate!) This chain has two flaws: The first flaw here is there just isn't a very large menu to pick from, but you can get a wide variety of food for a group of people and simply share it all to offset that (which is exactly the way it should be with Chinese IMO) The second flaw is that IMO, the rice (you get a lot of it) is fairly basic. This is the case with most Chinese restaurants though. (I'll opt for the chow mein next time) Anyway here's the skinny and review for the dishes: I had the Orange chicken. To be honest to me typically with orange, sweet and sour and honey and what-not they all taste so similar to me. In any case, this was great! (I am curious to try the Beyond Meat version of this just for the hell of it) It was really crispy and crunchy (which I like) I tend to prefer sesame the most of these types and while they dont have that, this crunchy, crispy chicken makes up for it. Broccoli Beef. A really good classic the beef tasted better than most places IMO. Grilled Terriyaki Chicken. Whoa! Highly recommend this one in every order it's different and it's very tasty! Honey Walnut Shrimp. Someone else ordered this I had one of them, apparently some had tails on still (mine didn't') Was good and crunchy otherwise. Chicken Egg Roll - Was okay. (I have higher standards for loving rolls than the rest of the fam) String Bing Chicken & Mushroom Chicken (Didn't sample this but they were liked by the person(s) who ate it) In the End honestly, I think this is a great place. You get great grub at good value. The Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Terriyaki Chicken don't disappoint. Panda Express woks for me!

Fried rice is good here (and different somehow) didn't ask spice level preference (level two out of five by default id say). BUt you probably could ask, will be back and try more. Rangoon was pretty good and the pastries were very full of the filling. Curry was ok (curry is just not my favorite) i will probably pick something else in the future. Worth trying if your close by (which i was) Update, the leftovers lasted another three meals!! Fantastic if you need to share or want leftovers! Try house of Tsang Bangkok peanut (dipping) sauce on the yellow curry its amazing!

Right out of the gate, their food is amazing! The prices are very reasonable especially with the amount of food you get. You can easily share one or have enough leftovers for another meal. Everything we had tasted fantastic! The dishes hit all the right flavor points - Pad Thai was salty, savory, sweet, and little tangy; the chicken was crispy and had soaked up so much sauce to make each bite heaven; the stir fry veggies aren't on the menu but I asked if they would be able to make it and it delivered! The service was fast and everyone was very friendly. After you order you get a little beeper to notify when you're order is ready. Check this food truck out whether you're driving by or want a new place to try. You sure won't regret it!
