Like the other reviews said: It's a bit better than some of the other buffets in the area. I generally don't feel like its the safest or smartest thing to eat Uramaki/Specialty rolls at such places but here they look and smell okay. This is a pretty decent selection of stuff that's not just Chinese food. Would prefer this over any other buffet that I've visited (Such as Golden Corral, Panda, or Western Sizzlin' It's about as clean as what you'd expect from a buffet. (meh) I would recommend doing lunch or dinner buffet don't do take out or order from the kitchen, its probably the same food anyway. We use to eat at this restaurant several years ago but now we live out of town and not been there for a while. We called ahead and asked the manager if they still had frog legs in the evening. She said yes they had frog legs on the buffet. She lied. My wife asked the guy putting food on the buffet for frog legs and he pointed to the crab legs. He didn't understand English. Our waitress couldn't speak or understand English at all. The food was nasty. It used to be good. The building inside and out was not kept up. We will never be back to eat there again. The parking lot was quite full, but we were greeted and seated immediately when we entered. The buffet was quite large. Something for everyone. There are even choices for those who are not Asian food fans like French fries and pizza. There were about 6-8 sushi roll choices. I tried and liked them all. I don't care for cream cheese in mine so pleased to see half of them without! All the classic choices of a Chinese buffet were available. The tempura shrimp was my favorite, and the garlic shrimp was my second. The fish was moist and flavorful. The place was clean. The buffet was VERY clean and constantly stocked. I did not need the restroom so cannot validate that. The staff was friendly and tended to our needs. This place is family friendly. Even one of the police patrols were present to eat dinner. Giving it three stars for the selection of sushi. Probably the most extensive I've seen on a buffet in this area. There's also, who appears to be a sushi chef, preparing it. Also three stars for the cleanliness & atmosphere. Also, the best crab rangoons. Temperature of the food (especially the smoking hot soup) was good. Rest of the dishes were typical. Several shrimp dishes, fish, apple pie & fries (?). The hostess said crab legs are on the dinner buffet but not the lunch. So three stars for the decor living up to its name -Golden Dragon. No astro-turf for carpet, no huge ugly mailbox numbers stuck to each table, or the Chinese version of Madonna music playing in the background. I appreciate this. read more

The food was alright, I could tell it was sitting out all day tho. But the foods not why I'm on here. Our server busser lady named Abby came up to me and my other half with the bill. She was rushing us with the bill. Asking for payment even though we were trying to enjoy and eat. When she was taking the check-out book after we got done paying, she looked at the ticket and said "no tip for me" you don't look at your tip in front of a customer. You surly don't set it on the table and point it out. Abby also went to her coworker and laughed about confronting us. Okay, I HATE giving negative reviews but if they are needed they are needed. You see the picture attached? Looks good huh? NO! My husband and I are here from out of town. We wanted to get delivery and we ordered here. Fast service. But now I know why. The food we received was literally inedible. This is my last meal before I have major surgery and I didn't take more than TWO bites. We spent $30 after tipping the driver. $30 of food that my husband literally just took to the dumpster. The most flavorful part of the dishes we ordered was the plain steamed rice. Everything else was so bad I didn't feel right asking my friend to pay me for their portion of the food; no one should have to pay for this meal. We ordered the General Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, hot and sour soup, and the baby tako. The General Tso's chicken had no spice. The beef was so processed and soft that I'm not sure it was actually meat. The soup was subpar and lacked flavor as well, it was neither hot nor sour. I usually love octopus, it was the main reason I chose to order from this establishment. However, the baby tako was so repulsive in taste and texture that I had to spit it out. Wide selection of hot food as well as a cold section for crab, shrimp etc and a decent dessert section. A little more expensive than Panda, but we still go here often. See my review for Panda for a clearer picture. Basically, if we want sushi and crawfish, we go here. The crawfish are well seasoned here, but goodness, they are just so stingy about bring out the crawfish. One time, we had our nemasis, he kept getting the crawfish a leaving us the scraps! We have to wait for so long and try to beat him to it. Their sushi is good for a buffet. I mean, if you can eat all the sushi here and compare it to some place in which they charge you a lot for it, I would go here instead. All sushi are they same anyway, at least here in NWA. Anyway, the mussels are okay, but not as good as Panda. Also, do you know what they do not have? An ice cream machine!! What a travesty. They have a scoop them up ice cream, but if I am so full, it is kinda hard to bend to scoop some ice cream. Food quality wise, they are a little bit better than Panda, but service wise, they are not as friendly as Pandas'. So, I will still keep eating here and Panda unless there is a better and cheaper place that opens that have best of both places. read more
