TLDR; Do give this place a try at least once. Alright, never been to this chain and been curious and finally took the drive out to this joint and it actually blew my mind how good the food here actually was. I had low expectations for the place both because it just seems like an assembly-line kitchen and due to the fact that it's got lower ratings than other Chinese food joints in the area (I've written reviews for them as well) I guess call me crazy but this seems to exceed them all and makes it to be the top pick as our family loved our dinner. (It's also quite economical, as you get a decent amount of grub for 10 bucks a plate!) This chain has two flaws: The first flaw here is there just isn't a very large menu to pick from, but you can get a wide variety of food for a group of people and simply share it all to offset that (which is exactly the way it should be with Chinese IMO) The second flaw is that IMO, the rice (you get a lot of it) is fairly basic. This is the case with most Chinese restaurants though. (I'll opt for the chow mein next time) Anyway here's the skinny and review for the dishes: I had the Orange chicken. To be honest to me typically with orange, sweet and sour and honey and what-not they all taste so similar to me. In any case, this was great! (I am curious to try the Beyond Meat version of this just for the hell of it) It was really crispy and crunchy (which I like) I tend to prefer sesame the most of these types and while they dont have that, this crunchy, crispy chicken makes up for it. Broccoli Beef. A really good classic the beef tasted better than most places IMO. Grilled Terriyaki Chicken. Whoa! Highly recommend this one in every order it's different and it's very tasty! Honey Walnut Shrimp. Someone else ordered this I had one of them, apparently some had tails on still (mine didn't') Was good and crunchy otherwise. Chicken Egg Roll - Was okay. (I have higher standards for loving rolls than the rest of the fam) String Bing Chicken & Mushroom Chicken (Didn't sample this but they were liked by the person(s) who ate it) In the End honestly, I think this is a great place. This place was excellent!!!!!!! First time to come here and it was very good,I ordered the big plate which comes with 3 meats n 1 side. Everything we ordered was great,the food was still hot when you order it's all out like a buffet and you order what you want. What I liked is before you order you can sample it before you order. I normally love Panda Express, but have to complain about the portions on this one. I was sharing with a friend, so instead of getting individual plates, we ordered ala carte. We ordered a large orange chicken and large noodles. When the food was delivered, the portions were that of a single order for one person, not 2 and no sauces were included. The spring rolls were fine. For $46.00 I feel like we were really cheated. The dinners have much more food for less money. I will never order ala carte again. Normally love coming here but I really dislike when restaurants will clean early and stop making food before they are closed. It was 9:30 and they close at 10, only thing they had left was shrimp, could hear the workers over the intercom in the drive through talking about cleaning up quick to get out. This was my first time to have Panda Express delivered, but not my first time eating Panda Express. Using my past experience and expectations as a guideline (I have never eaten on site, always pickup or drive thru) ... I was seriously disappointed. Please don't misunderstand, the delivery service did their job quick and efficiently. The food was not just cold, it was... well, here we go-- the Fried Rice was flavorless and the Chow Mein Noodles were dry as if they had been sitting in the open for a while. Beef Broccoli was good, but had NO SAUCE in the container (It HAD BEEN in sauce, but had NONE included). Orange ChIcken was good and had plenty of sauce (on it and included). Chicken Egg Rolls were good but soggy. Again, I've enjoyed Panda Express in the past, both this location as well as these particular selections. This experience was disappointing. read more

For fast food Chinese it's hard to beat. We were greeted coming in the door and the service was friendly. The counter workers offered us samples of the dishes which was pretty cool. The food was hot and fresh. The spring rolls were ok. The dipping sauces were hot so did not cool down our food. Overall a pleasant experience. read more

I've been to a few Panda's. This one is the best! This is a chain restaurant. I fist encountered these little fast food delights while living in California. Im glad to see they have made their way out to Ark. This place in particular has it going on. The food is fresh and they keep it that way through out the day. All of the staff were bright eyed and smiling when we were there for our lunch. Thats always pleasant. This may be my new Panda spot. YUM! read more

Panda is a great quick option that can be healthily if you want it to be, however I feel like this location is very poorly managed. I would say 8/10 times I order a common food item and I'm always left to wait. Yay for freshness but how is it NEVER available? Their food cost can't be high - MAKE MORE! Tonight took the cake when they were out of chicken. Literally chicken. Then I asked for broccoli beef - THEY WERE OUT OF BROCCOLI. That now eliminates about 3/4ths of the menu. How can they not order a truck to meet demand? I hope this store improves but I think a turnover in management is greatly needed to be successful. Update 9/1. My journey continues with this store. String bean chicken is never available and I wait 5-6 minutes every time. It's become a joke with my boyfriend and I, betting if it will be available. Today, instead of my usual wait, there was no string bean chicken as the chicken was frozen. So Update 1/15/20. Mee again. Waiting in the parking lot because they had to make string bean chicken. Very disappointed waited in drive through for 30 minutes after being told it would only take 10 minutes for my beef and broccoli. I only order 2 entrees and didn't change anything so it was an easy order. Got asked to move into a parking spot so I did. Watched the line clear out and I was still waiting. Turns out they ran out of food for both my entrees and didn't say anything until I had to walk in and ask. After I got the food I was given an unapologetic sorry and that was it. I called them and told them and the person who answered the phone said it wasn't... he was making it seem like I was lying!!! Very slow thru the standing ordering line, after our meals were complete they stayed there no kidding 5 minutes. This is because the cashier hard to correct a drive thru order that came in. Then the two people ahead of us asked for sauce that they were out of and then only had water or lemonade in the fountain. This place is jacked up! Won't be back. Went inside to get my wife and myself lunch today, decided what I was going to order while waiting on an employee to take my order. After a few minutes of waiting (no big deal, drive thru was packed.) I get asked what I would like, placed my wife's order and the employee packaged that and walked away without getting the rest of my order. Another employee came up and asked the guy behind me what he would like to order, which was a large order. I wait patiently while he finishes his order. Afterward I tried to get their attention by telling the employee that I wasn't done with my order, I get completely ignored. Doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing right in front of him. I stood there like an idiot for roughly 5 minutes trying to get the rest of my order placed by waving to employees only to be ignored. Worst experience I've ever had when ordering food, mind you the lobby wasn't packed there was only the guy behind me in line. There is no excuse for this. Walked out without anything. read more

I was going through the drive thru every Friday night after work getting the orange chicken bowl. After a long week of work, it was how I treated myself. The chicken has always been fresh and hot. And the fried rice and egg rolls are good too. However, I haven't been back since the cashier swapped my debit card with a gift card. My debit card is black and red. The same colors as their gift cards. Luckily for me, I noticed right away and got the cashier's attention. Her response to me was "oops". I heard of this happening at McDonald's drive thru.
