It gave the perception that they did not want to be bothered. Wait staff seemed to be attentive, however. I've had great experiences every time, and the food never disappoints! My only criticism is that during the busy lunch hours, they sometimes have just one server handling everything. That's not fair to the customers, who understandably have to wait, and it's certainly not fair to the server who is trying to take care of everyone alone.
