Called, talked with Shaterra and she would not consider my difficulty in having to cancel. A good business owner would have at least given back part of deposit. This is wrong. I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back. Do not understand all the positive reviews. Would never use this company.

They charged me for missing an appointment and are refusing to cancel until 30 days are up from today, not when I initially requested to cancel. Lash Tech was not trained properly, poor cleanliness, no real savings - the savings went to services or merchandise I didn't need or want. Business model is to overcharge consumers through a "false" subscription. After experience with lashes, I am concerned about quality of product amd training of employees.
