I took a chance on this hidden gem & I am so thankful I did! I went to Sam after a 12+ hour flight & had a lot of pain in my hips from sitting so long. He was able to work out majority of my tightness and gave me an amazing deep tissue massage! Most massage therapists I've found give only relaxing massages, but Sam was able to keep me relaxed while also providing results to improve my pain. And the prices are affordable! This place got great reviews and they specifically had an office massage for those who sit at a desk all day like me where my neck and shoulders were just killing me. Called and made an appointment same day and when I get there they were so nice, offered me water and snacks, the place was so clean too, and after they even gave me a free air freshener diffuser! My husband and I did a couples massage today which we both loved. I got a prenatal massage and my husband got the Thai massage. My massage therapist made sure I was comfortable and my belly was supported. The massage itself was very relaxing. It was exactly what I needed during this stage of my pregnancy. My husband said his Thai massage was incredible. The establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly. We got offered bottled water before and after our massage. The only complaint I have is that you can hear the chatter from the salon next door while getting your massage. I had shoulder surgery this past summer and I'm still recovering but the 10 minute massages at PT just aren't long enough. I walked by the Spa one day and the incense smell was very inviting. The owner, Sam, was very kind and his spa offers many different types of treatments. I was so impressed I booked a 90 minute massage. The rooms are clean, private and very comfortable with a hanging robe if you need one and a warm massage table to lay on. The massage was fantastic! I knew it was going to be great when they placed a heating pad on my lower back before the massage even started. I will definitely go back. I'm not going to make a long drawn out story over my experience at this particular spa, the main thing I wanted to emphasize is that it was night and day different between the one I went to in the city of Long Beach on stern Avenue. I really felt that I got my money's worth this time. 1.The place was clean, it was very quiet and peaceful also. 2. Immediately upon entering the Spa I was greeted professionally. 3. After speaking with me to identify what my needs were, I was escorted to a room where the room was also very clean. 4. Instructions on the process that would take place next were clearly spelled out. 5. The therapist did identify herself. 6. Really concerned when I heard the voice of a female, I was not quite certain I was going to get a deep tissue massage that I expected but I was surprised. When the female therapist completed my deep tissue massage, I actually felt that I got my money's worth and then some. 7. The only thing I didn't like about is that I had to drive so far to get a good massage but sometimes you have to travel or spend more to get what you're looking for. Gas prices out here is greatly expensive, Make sure you get your gas before you travel to this location if you're looking to go to a really good spa that will obviously be a good drive in this case. Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! I booked Sam for a 90 minute Swedish massage for sciatica pain, and he worked miracles on my back and my neck! I literally walked out an inch taller because my neck has not been that straight in years. I had a Swedish massage with hot stone with Kelly, and it was the highlight of my week. I work in a high stress job and my shoulders were tight. She spent more time on the Swedish massage portion than the hot stone part, which I prefer. The pressure was a moderate pressure, which helps get rid of the knots on my shoulders. I felt so relaxed at the end of the massage. At the end of the massage, I got a cup of lavender tea and a piece of chocolate, which was a nice treat. Other spas I've been to only give you a cup of water. The spa is beautifully decorated. Bathroom is large and clean. Lots of parking available. I'm looking forward to my next massage. read more

New spa in town, I had to try it out. I was greeted by the friendly staff who helped me choose the Combination massage and facial. Sarah was my masseuse and she worked wonders on my tense back. The facial was calming and I noticed my skin looked and felt better. When I was checking out, they prepared a lavender and butterfly pea flower tea that was quite refreshing. Wonderful couples massage! I was fortunate enough to have the owner as my massage therapist and he did an excellent job giving me an actual deep-tissue massage. I hold a lot of tension in my neck/shoulders and I left more relaxed than when I came in. The following day I had even less tension and felt like I had regained some range of motion. I greatly appreciated the heating option on the massage table as I often get too cold! I loved that there was a couples massage space. I was avoiding writing this review but I feel I should for others. The spa was very clean and the workers were so beyond sweet but my deep tissue massage was awful. The woman basically just rubbed hot oil on my body and wiped it off. There was no pressure besides one of the areas I said that was bothering me. I didn't say anything in the moment because I was hoping, and assuming she was just getting started. It was so disappointing. I spent $180 including tip and that is a treat for myself. Additionally I have been in a lot of pain and really needed this massage. Now I'm researching another place to go because the pain is still there. I'm not sure if I just had the wrong therapist but I'm so frustrated and disappointed. read more

Found this place because I had a gift card via Spa Finder. As soon as I laid down, I was so itchy from the sheets, you can tell they use cheap bleach to clean them and they are so rough. Then the girl ended the massage five minutes early. Next, she said they had a $3 charge to use a credit card, which is already so much higher than most places. Even a donut shop only charges $0.50 for credit card! Then she charged another $3 for the gift card which is a CASH EQUIVALENT, not a credit card. Lastly she said they had a mandatory $20 minimum for tips. For my $80 Swedish massage that would've been a 25% tip. I said no one told over the phone about this "mandatory $20 min tip", nor was there any signage anywhere at the front desk about it. This place is trying to scam you every opportunity they get. Avoid this place and go elsewhere. read more

We had an appointment here for three massages for a special day for our mom. When we showed up we were told one of the therapist was new and had decided to not show up to work. We understand that things happen but they could have called us. The person claimed to not have my number which is weird because we had texted confirming my appointment a few days prior. It was extremely unprofessional and it put a huge dent in our plans. Not to mention when we walked in it smelled like cigarettes inside which is so nasty. I had been here with the previous owners and it was a great experience and so I gave them a chance when they took over and it was also a pleasant experience as well which now seems to have been only due to them being new.
