I loved the overall atmosphere and the sound machines, it really felt luxurious walking in. Unfortunately, the actual massage experience didn't live up to the environment. When booking, I was surprised that deep tissue was considered an additional $20 add-on. I've had many massages before and have never been charged extra just for deeper pressure. Since it was Mother's Day, I decided to go ahead with it anyway, especially because first-time clients are advertised as receiving $20 off. When I arrived, I was told that paying extra for deep tissue only included TWO focus areas. That was honestly very strange to me. I expected the pressure level to apply to the overall massage, not just two spots. The massage therapist was kind, and the massage started off strong, but shortly after it became extremely light pressure for most of the session. The "deep tissue" portion only lasted maybe 20 minutes total between the two areas I selected, while the rest felt more like a very light relaxation massage. It just wasn't what I expected based on how it was advertised. To make matters worse, the session started late and ended early. My 50 or 60 minute massage ended up being closer to about 42 minutes total. Then when I went to check out, I was initially charged the full $155 price despite the advertised first-time client discount. I had to remind the front desk myself about the promotion before it was applied. Overall, the space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the actual experience felt disappointing for the price. I truly expected more.

In the beginning, I tried a few massage therapists to see who I would regularly go to and by the third time, I found the right person for me. I also found a back up person in the event he was not available. On two separate occasions, I brought friends with me and one loved it and another thought it was okay. If you're going to give this place a chance, you need to go a few times to try people out. Anyways, the ladies at the front desk were nice and billed on time. When I cancelled my membership, I had to print a form, fill it out, and scan it back to them. The process wasn't something that could be done over the phone. Once I did that, I wasn't billed on August 17, 2024 and I was glad it was easy to stop my membership. The reason I stopped was because I have an ongoing subscription elsewhere that I need to start using and I don't need both. Once the other ends, I will definitely be back. The minor issues I didn't like here was the start and end time - some therapist don't do the full 45 mins when you pay for 60 mins. They take too much time off for the dressing part and consultation. Then management doesn't restock their water bottles all the time so you don't get your water at the end. Parking has never been an issue but it's a small lot and my friend had to park on the street when it was full. These aren't deal breakers but not 5 stars worthy.
