My massage was $40, and I left a $15 tip, so for about the cost of a copay, you can really take care of yourself!! I saw Mandy, and she was incredible. I only had time for a 30-minute massage today, but that was all I needed to feel like a new person! Massage is a great way to start your week' The massage included hot stones and oil, and the entire experience was relaxing and restorative. A friend recommended this place after I threw my back at the gym. Just a small basic place but the massages are so GREAT! I go here monthly and now my husband follows me every time..lol. Good for the price! They charged $60 for a 1hr deep tissue massage, you take off all clothes except underwear, and they massage your whole body. I wish they would have focused more on my legs, but you have to communicate your focus areas before the massage: Clean area and bathrooms. Professional ladies. read more

I came in here two weeks ago to try the male massage therapist while I was killing time for traffic to die down. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great or memorable. Not as strong as I usually like, but it was relaxing. 90% of the massage was just on my back and lower legs. read more

I have come to Eden's more than a handful of times and unfortunately today was most definitely my last time. As another review mentioned on google reviews, they will sneak in a man to give you a massage without asking if it's ok. I was guided to the room and told to undress and lay facing down by a woman much like all the other times. No words were spoke afterwards which I was more than ok with because I prefer a quiet experience. The massage itself was on the rougher side but I chose to push through it and telling myself it was "deep tissue". I only realized a man was giving me a massage when he asked me to turn around. I was shocked and completely out of words. I am not against men in the profession at all, however, as a woman i would have preferred given the option to choose if a male therapist was ok considering you are undressed. The man was not at all unprofessional but i feel a deep distrust and disappointment to ever return. They should know to ask. read more

Pleasantly surprised. I found this place on Yelp on a sprinkly Saturday evening when I had some time to kill. I called and spoke to Sophia and asked if they had any availability at 8pm. It was less than 10 minutes away, so when she said yes I scurried on over to get a massage. When I arrived, she informed me that I could only get a 30 minute massage which was disappointing... but I took it. It turned out to be one of my best massages Ever, and I don't usually like firm pressure. I would have given you 5 stars had I been informed over the phone about the 30 minute time window. I've been a customer of Eden Massage for years now, and can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience here! Naturally, I've had many different massage therapists here over the years (with slightly different styles and techniques), but they have all been thorough and professional! The shop is always clean and neat, with fresh linens awaiting every arriving customer. The only "negative" comment I will make is being able to hear an occasional customer snoring after their massage therapist "melts them into la-la land", but that actually makes me smile. I went to Eden Massage for a simple body massage as I have been very tense for some time. I will start by saying my massage was OK, but overall my experience was far from good. When I arrived I tried to ask about the details of the different types of massages, but the man at the front did not understand me at all. He finally went to get someone who I could speak to. When I decided on my massage I made sure to stress that I wanted some attention on my feet as I have a very sore injury on my left foot and she promised it would be taken care of. My massage therapist was OK. Several times I asked her to lighten up on the pressure as it was actually painful and she just kept saying "it's ok" and didn't change the pressure. It wasn't relaxing at all as I was in pain most of the massage. She also did not focus on my feet like I had been promised. The environment of the place was the worst part of the experience for me. When I entered and was trying to ask about the services I was hushed by 2 of the employees even though I was already speaking in a whisper. However, during my massage there was another lady speaking at full volume on a phone call and she was not asked to quiet her voice. It was very rude to hush me and not hold that same standard for the other clients. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience as a massage should be relaxing and this most definitely was not. read more

They will bruise you and scratch you with their nails, extremely rough and the opposite of a relaxing slow massage. I woke up the next morning and had bruises on my thighs and arms. There is no method to the massage, one second they dig in your neck, then she abruptly moves to your elbow and then suddenly jerks to the back of your knee- and pushes on that super sensitive spot so hard you see stars! I need a massage because of that massage!! And she insisted I tip her a certain amount at the end. read more

Extremely bad customer service. We had been going weekly since they opened but we won't be going again! I had recommended them to my friends but I will be warning them now. Hubby, daughter and I went for a massage. The man at the desk said OK to all 3 of us. Took hubby in and proceeded with the massage. A woman at the desk took our daughter in, made her lie down on the bed ready for a massage then told her to get up and leave as they were fully booked. I didn't even make it to the bed, the lady who was supposed to be giving my daughter a massage just said "NO" in a loud voice then turned her back on me!!! So daughter and I had to leave while hubby was unaware of what was going on. I've been to China and visited foot massage places quite a few times during my stays and they were never as rude as this so I don't think it was a cultural or linguistic misunderstanding. I've been to Eden foot massage a few times. Both times, they were very professional and the massage was great! I am definitely going to be a return customer. The first time I went, I only got a 30 minute massage and I kept my clothes on. But the second time I went I got the 60 minute massage, expecting to keep my clothes on...I was wrong :) I didn't mind...just putting it on here for the next person to have the right expectations! It's ok. I would say their prices are too expensive for what they are. $35 30 minute massage and $55 60 minute whole body massage. I think $25 for 30 minutes woulda been a fair price. It was strange that they massaged over a towel, just to later remove it and massage you with oil. Also I have to say it wasn't a great massage. They don't really listen to you when you tell them areas to do or not do. Some of the massagers get up on your back but to be honest that didn't feel good either. The good news is they are very clean facility. I think they need to lower their prices or learn how to massage better. Sorry to be harsh but that's how I felt. read more
