Walgreens was the only local place that had it available for the Pfizer shot. I went online and made the appointment the day before. I filled out all their paperwork online and set the appointment. I arrived almost 10 minutes late but they were able to accommodate me with only minor issues. They couldn't find me in their system and the pharmacist had to assist to get me all set. They gave me a copy of paperwork to fall out and once I handed it in it didn't take very long till the pharmacist called me to receive the vaccine. It all went fairly easily from start to finish even though I was there for a full half hour. Everyone was friendly and did their best to get everything together and keep me comfortable. I never shop in their stores anymore as they tend to be too expensive based on every other place that is available plus they are further for my house than three or four other places I can shop.

This is our go-to pharmacy…read more We have to use Walgreens with our prescription plan, but we've had great service with this particular one. Couple tips for people who want the best experience: 1) Put a card on file so you have Express Pay - that way, if you go inside, you can go to the quick checkout line and bypass everyone else usually. 2) Use the automated phone system to do refills, so you don't have to wait in line to drop them off. 3) Sign up for text alerts - I get text alerts when my prescriptions are ready for pickup, or if there is a delay. Saves me a lot of time waiting in line, only to find out things aren't ready. 4) Do the drive through - I pretty much exclusively just do the drive through. The line isn't usually very long and the staff has always been helpful and friendly to us. 5) If you need to drop off a prescription or ask a question, also do the drive through. It is difficult to call and get a person, especially during peak times. We've been using this pharmacy for about a year and a half and I have two people in my family who have multiple, regular prescriptions and I've never had a problem. The staff is always nice and always willing to answer any questions I have. Remember also - staff is on lunch break from 1:30-2:00 everyday.
