The flower store was contacted by the person who purchased them for me and they were treated terribly. Not only were they accused of lying, the staff did not want to fix the problem. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely. I've never had bugs in flower arrangements. Very odd. And not impressed with customer service.

Ordering was simple, we received an email confirmation of the delivery, and she received the beautiful bouquet without a hitch. While the flower arrangement had really only a passing likeness to what we ordered (different box, mostly different flowers) it was beautiful. The white, pink, and orange flowers were gorgeous. In speaking to another florist, certain flowers are currently very hard to source with the pandemic, so personally we didn't mind the change - she loved the final product.
